The base now requires that all non-DoD affiliated civilians be vetted (Evaluated for possible approval or acceptance) before being allowed to enter Eglin AFB. Please complete the Form I-9 and the Eglin CAB Affidavit PRIOR to approval to base access. ALL COMPLETED DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE BASE 3 DAYS PRIOR TO REQUESTED ENTRY DATE.
