Questions for this shipment:

Question: I see that you have 2 of them to ship. Could they both be loaded into a 24' enclosed trailer? Please let me know. Thanks, Terry DelFrate (6/7/2007)
Response: They are each 11'-6" long, so I think they would fit in your 24' enclosed trailer. Gary (6/7/2007)
Question: If I can pick both of them up at the same time and deliver the first one when I am on my way to Texas then we can work out a price. Let me know what your looking at for a price. Terry DelFrate (6/7/2007)
Response: Terry- Thanks for your response. It doesn't look like they will be done at the same time. We really need the one to go to Texas and another one to go to Missouri. I know they aren't really on the way, but could you give us a quote for the two going at the same time? They will be available for pick up on Wednesday June 20. Thanks. Gary (6/7/2007)
Question: If you can get me the milage from where your at to the first stop and then from the 1st stop to the next, I would be more than happy to give you an estimate. Also include the names of both drop off cities. Thank you, Terry DelFrate (6/7/2007)
Response: Selah Wahington to Wentzville MO is 1955 miles Wentzville MO to Beeville TX is 949 miles Let me know, thanks for your help. Gary (6/7/2007)
Question: I could pick them up at towards the end of next week and can do it for $1400.00. Let me know, Terry DelFrate (6/7/2007)
Response: The rails will be ready for the end of next week. Is there any way you could do it for $1200? Let me know Thanks Gary (6/7/2007)
Question: That would be perfect. I can do it for $1200.00. Is there any way you would be able to pay for it up front? If not, it's okay. Thank you, Terry (6/7/2007)
Response: Yes, we can pay up front, but we need to make sure that they will absolutely fit in your 24' trailer. Is the inside dimension exactly 24 feet? We will measure them tonight and let you know tomorrow morning. Hope to work with you soon. Thanks for your help. Gary (6/7/2007)
Question: It is actualy 23' 11 1/2". Also, I was wondering if I am going to do it for that price ($200.00 less than my offer) are you going to pay the uship fees. If your not, then I won't be able to do it because then it would cut into my profit more than the $200.00 less. Please let me know. I will check my mail first thing int he morning and then again tomarrow after noon. Thank you, Terry DelFrate (6/8/2007)
Response: Terry- Yes, we will pick up the uShip fees and it sounds like the rails will fit one way or another. We definitely want to use you. When will you be available to pick up the 2 rails next week? Please make a formal bid, bid half on each of the 2 ads or however you would like to bid. Thanks in advance. Gary (6/8/2007)
Question: Dont worry if the rails arn't short enough to fit in the trailer. I can have a craddle made to rais one front end over the other. This is at my cost. Let me know. I will do whatever I can to accomidate you. Thank you again, Terry DelFrate (6/8/2007)
Question: Gary, I noticed to ads going to Wentzville, MO. Are there 2 of them going that way? I may have a bigger trailer by the time I get there. If so, I may be able to take all three. Terry (6/8/2007)
Response: No, only one going there. There will be anothers going to Wisconsin and Colorado, but those aren't done yet. Is the price that is bid include the uShip fees? I haven't done this before, so do you pay the uShip fees out of your bid? Let me know, I'm ready to accept after you confirming the fees are part of your bid. Also, we will be shipping a lot of rails in the next few months, so hope you can become our regular shipper. Thanks Gary (6/8/2007)
Question: Yes, the fees are included in the price. I believe that you will have to pay them when you accept the bid. If it doesn't ask oyu to then I will pay them out of the total bid price. I costs are included. Thank you again, Terry DelFrate (6/8/2007)
Response: Terry- I want to accept your bid, but they want immediate payment for it. Is there a way to get around this and pay in person? Let me know. Thanks Gary (6/8/2007)
Question: I dont have a problem with you paying in person but it is against uship rules to exchange contact information before the bid is accepted. Not sure how we can get around it. You can alwase oay the uship fees with a credit card. Let me know what your going to do. If you send me your contact info then USHIP will probably suspend your using it for a while. Thanks, Terry (6/8/2007)
