Response: I am just waiting on a response for a run to AZ and I will be able to take care of yours on the way back. Hope they respond soon, so I can let you know. Hang in there! (4/19/2008)

Response: Thanks for the update. Let me know the cost when able.
Thank You!! (4/20/2008)

Response: Well I had one of my options fall through, and I am trying to replace it. When I do I am planning to quote you around 500-600. If you cant wait much longer, I would understand! Let me know if you can or not. Thanks again! (4/22/2008)

Response: Please keep me informed...would you be towing my trailer or would it be on a trailer/flatbed? (4/23/2008)

Response: It would be towed. (4/23/2008)

Question: i am trying to build a load to boise or close to it, when do you want this done, i could do this for about $600 let me know on time frame thanks mike edmonds 3bhotshot (4/17/2008)

Response: I am pretty flexible on the time. The sooner the better, but no real deadline. Please let me know when you have an idea on your timeline. Thanks for the response! (4/17/2008)

Question: We have a team in Phoenix for the weekend that will be resting. They can pick up Monday and deliver to you on Wednesday, in Boise. Interested??? Cost: $1000 (4/18/2008)

Response: I have a couple of options pending in the $600 range, so I'll pass for now, but thanks for the interest! (4/18/2008)

Response: I can go to $ 800; I have to cover the fuel cost AND the driver costs...lol. My drivers will quit on me if I take loads that don't pay them. (4/18/2008)

Question: SHIPPER, ARE YOU IN PHOENIX OR BOISE? IF YOU CAN ARRANGE TO HAVE THE SCOOTERS BROUGHT UP INTERSTATE 17 TO MEET ME AROUND CORDES LAKES (ABOUT 60 MILES NORTH) I'LL DO THIS FOR $675! GOTTA KNOW RIGHT AWAY! CAPT(USCG) DALE VNVeteransXpress. (4/20/2008)

Response: Unfortunately, I don't have much flexibility from Phoenix as far as having it brought to you. I do have flexibility around Boise (where I live) for pickup. Sorry for the trouble---decent bid, though. Thanks and safe drivin'! (4/20/2008)

Response: THANKS FOR YOUR PROMPT REPLY. LET ME SEE WHAT HAPPENS THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. I'M HEADED TO COUR D'ALENE FOR VN VET PILOT'S REUNION. MAYBE I CAN WORK SOMETHING OUT. WHERE, EXACTLY IN PHOENIX IS IT? DO YOU KNOW WHAT "BURB"?
CAPT DALE (4/20/2008)

Question: BRONC, I'VE REARRANGED MY SCHEDULE AND WILL BE ABLE TO PICKUP THE SCOOTERS ON THE 24TH=25TH. THE BIG PROBLEM IS THE CONSTRUCTION (FOR ABOUT 20 MILES, JUST NORTH OF PHOENIX ON I17). I'LL REBID, NOW, AND WILL BRING THEM TO THEIR DESTINATION IN BOSIE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I NEED TO KNOW WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR SCHEDULING PURPOSES. THANKS, CAPT(USCG)DALE VNVeteransXpress (4/22/2008)

Response: The items are 2 jet skis on a trailer. Do you have a trailer or would these be towed on my trailer?
I ask this because I have a couple of pending options that involve placing my trailer on another trailer/flatbed for a little less. I would prefer the trailer/flatbed option to save wear/tear on my trailer. I appreciate your response and I respect your business since i, too, am a military pilot!
(4/22/2008)

Response: I FLEW GRUMMAN MOHAWKS FOR NEARLY 30 YEARS. RETIRED IN '94 AS CHIEF OF FIXED WING AIRCRAFT FOR THE ARMY. DUAL RATED, AND AN OLD BELL G47B1 BOMBER CROPDUSTER. I WAS GOING TO TOW THEM BEHIND MY F350 DUALLY. ONLY WEAR AND TEAR WOULD BE THE TIRES AND BEARINGS (WHICH I SHALL REPACK, PRIOR TO DEPARTURE). MY TOPPER IS ONE OF THOSE AERO LEERS, DEFLECTS THE "PROPWASH" (HA HA) UP AND OVER WHAT I'M TOWING. BUT, HONESTLY, IF YOU CAN GET A FLATBED WITH A BID AS LOW AS MINE, I RECOMMEND YOU DO IT. UP TO YOU. I REALLY DON'T NEED THE MONEY, AND PHOENIX IS SUCH A HASSLE NOWADAYS. LET ME KNOW ASAP. DALE (4/22/2008)

Response: Mohawk driver, eh? Cool! I flew Kiowa Warriors on AD until '06, now a skirt-driver (h-60's) for the IDARNG.
I'll see what i can work out and get back to you by tomorrow am. Thanks for your service!! (4/22/2008)

Response: HELL, I WAS A PROJECT OFFICER ON THE "D" KIOWA WARRIOR, WHEN I WAS LAST AT RUCKER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. DALE (4/22/2008)

Question: YO! ROTORHEAD! IF I'M GONNA GET THESE SCOOTERS, I GOTTA LEAVE BEFORE NOON THURSDAY? LET ME KNOW. IF YOU GOT A BETTER DEAL, THAT'S FINE! I DO LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU, SO WE CAN SEE WHO CAN TELL THE BIGGEST LIES! THANKS FOR SERVING OUR COUNTRY! DALE (4/24/2008)

Response: I think I'm going to hold out for a possible carried transport. Thanks for tryin' and have a safe journey north!
(4/24/2008)

Response: OK, MY FRIEND! THANKS. I'M HEADING OUT TOMORROW MORN. STAY SAFE! DALE (4/24/2008)

Question: Is the width of your trailer 8'? (4/24/2008)

Response: Sorry for the delayed response...I'm trying to get someone over to the trailer in Phoenix to measure the width. I know its around 8', but not sure if its slightly over. Are you still headed to ID on the 30th?? (4/27/2008)

Response: I wanted to see if it could fit in truck, but it won't at 8' and would have to be towed on your teailer. (4/27/2008)

Response: oh well.... you still headed to ID this week? (4/27/2008)

Response: Yes, on the 30th.Should I place the bid? Also what size ball hitch? (4/27/2008)

Response: Not sure of the hitch size (1-1/2", 2"?), but i'll see if I can find out. How close will you be coming to Boise (en-route) and what days do you anticipate loading and unloading? This is basically a gift from grandparents. I have not been able to get down there and inspect the trailer, but from what family members have told me, it's in great shape. I don't know if the trailer registration requires renewal, but I'll have an answer about that tomorrow. Hopefully, you're assessment of the trailer will be adequate, as well. Feel free to bid now or after the above questions have been answered. Thank You! (4/27/2008)

Response: Should arrive in Pocotello on the 1st or 2nd at the latest. If hitch doesn't accomodate my ball on truck, you would have to provide correct one. Price is: $579.66. Vehicle must be registered and road worth. The hitch on truck is 2 5/8". (4/27/2008)

Response: Ok, got confirmation that the trailer is registered and plated. The relatives are going to put new tires on it tomorrow (Tues. evening). Are you ok with picking it up the morning of the 30th? If so, about what time? (I'll need to coordinate)I'll wait for your answer before accepting the bid.
Not sure of the hitch/ball size (they can't tell), but i'm sure it's a "standard size".
Thanks again for your help. (4/28/2008)

Response: I can p/u after I load 1st customer's furniture. I'm not sure what time. Hitches are different sizes depending on mfg., so they may not have the right one. (4/28/2008)

Response: I'll try to make them aware of the hitch/ball issue and at least see if they can be ready to pick one up if needed. I'll go ahead and accept the bid now. If you could give me a rough guess, when able, about what time you anticipate pick-up, please let me know.
Thanks again!! (4/28/2008)
