Additional Information: Hi there. We are looking to have these (2) boat shipped. One is a 12 foot long Nautica yacht tender with jet drive the other is a 14 foot long Nautica yacht tender with jet drive. Both of these boats are on there own individual single axel trailers and weight less than 1000 pounds a peice (boat and trailer combinded) These boats are small enought that they could be shipped on top of another trailer or inside a freight trailer, moving truck etc. The smaller of the two boats could probably fit in a 10' pickup bed if we build a small cradle for it.(we would have to try and get that boats trailer to ride on top of the other boat being pulled behind) We have use of a small forklift so these boats can be set on top of something if needed. We are on a very tight bugdet and are looking for someone who might need a back haul. Our usual shipper is completely booked and we would like to have these out to California by the 1st week or so in Feb. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks Jarre Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment:

Question: I CAN HAVE THEM IN CAL ON THE SECOND WEEK OF FEB ENCLOSED TRAILER SIZE MUST BE RIGHT I HAVE A 25 FOOT ENCLOSED TRAILER LITTLE OVER 8'2" WIDE 6'3" REAR HIGH OPENING AND 24'4" TO 24'8" LONG $2900.00 (1/16/2008)
Response: I think we might be long by a foot or two. That is a little out of our budget as well. Thanks though (1/16/2008)
Response: what were you thinking for a price but be fair fuel out west is 3.50 to 3.80 a gal (1/16/2008)
Response: I understand that its expensive..we are really looking to ship this on someones return trip home to Cal. We are in the $1400 to $1800 range. (1/16/2008)
Response: I understand I live in Iowa my cost for fuel and to pay two drivers would be over $1700.00+ $50000.00 truck and trailer I will watch it but I would have bid around $2200.00 let me know if I can help you thanks Brett (1/16/2008)
Response: do you pull with a pickup truck? The small 12 foot nautica can be deflated and is only 11 feet long and less then 5 feet wide and would fit in a long bed pickup and the other boat could be pulled begind. The trailer for the 12 footer is so small is could ride on top of the other boat. (1/16/2008)
Response: yes 1 ton 8 foot box and 25 foot enclosed trailer (1/16/2008)
Response: if we had this little boat loaded in your bed and then you pulled the other boat on its own trailer what would your bid be? No trailer needed on your part.. (1/16/2008)
Response: ok I let me think out it for a min I am going to be down there with my enclosed around the first week in Feb so I would have my trailer with me (1/16/2008)
Response: no hurry. keep me posted. Thanks (1/16/2008)
Response: I will have two drivers to help load them (1/18/2008)
Question: Are these shippments double listed ???there is another active listing for these 2 boats ??I told the other shipper I could load on my 30ft boat trailer and take both at same time but it will be the 25th before I can pick them up and 2750 is a good price?? (1/16/2008)
Response: yes...pdshipping is listing too. They are our shipper of choice but are to busy so they are trying to help us out. We are looking for a really really good deal. Thanks (1/16/2008)
Response: WILL 2500 WORK BOOK TONIGHT??P/U ON THE 25TH AND DELIVER WITHIN 4-5 DAYS (1/16/2008)
Response: Thats just to high for us. I will keep you in mind. Thanks (1/16/2008)
Question: will you do 1700.00 (1/16/2008)
Response: Poolboy, Thats sounds acceptable. I just want to double check and make sure this will work in your trailer. One boat is about 12' overall with its trailer and is about 5 feet wide at its widest point. I want to make sure you dont have internal wheel wells that stick out into the inside of your trailer that our trailers wheels would have to go over..The second boat is about 15 or so long with its trailer and about 6'6" wide at its widest. I am thinking we can back the small one in first and put the tounge of its trailer all the way to the floor and then pull the other boat in forward and leave its toungue elevated up in the air above the little boat so that they overlap a little to ensure that they fit. What do you think. I forgot to mention that the little boat is here in West Palm, Fl but the bigger boat is in the Panhandle of Fl on the way out to California so you would really only be hauling one boat through fl in your trailer. There will be someone at the other boat to help load. (1/18/2008)
Response: my trailer is 24'4' to 24'8" long it has a slight vee in front it is 8'2" wide the inner fenders are very small like 8 inchs wide total and about 4" tall so either way dont belive we will have any trouble with them it has a 6'3" rear door and taller when in the owner said we could load on in bed and stack tralier will this not work (1/18/2008)
Response: I am the owner..you might have been talking to PDSHIPPING> The little boat can be loaded in the bed of truck if needed. We have to find a place to unload once boat is in CA though..might not be a problem. Otherwise the boat would both fit inside the trailer it sounds like if we overlap them. You had mentioned in your last email that your will be bringing the trailer anyway so thats what I was planning for. Let me know. (1/18/2008)
Response: ok yea may need to load it in bed but I dont know yet lets do it I was just worried about only 1800 to run all the mile so was going to get a item or two to put in bed or in trailer with fuel cost and paying my drivers I would try to get about 2500 to 2800 for this trip thats why I was wondering I will worry about that later lets do it and I will work on trying to get something small to fill out my load thanks Brett (1/18/2008)
Response: Brett, Sounds good. It looks like we can make this work either way. You said above 1700...was that a mistake. (1/18/2008)
Response: no I said 1700 but worried about getting them and part of something else to make it pay but I will bid 1700 if needed let me know thanks (1/18/2008)
Response: Sounds good. Go ahead and place the 1700 bid and I will accept it. That way we can talk on the phone and get things together.. (1/18/2008)
Question: done (1/18/2008)
