Questions for this shipment: 

Question: I can pu between the 31st of Jan. and the 2nd of Feb.. I would pack them and move them myself, they would stay on that truck for the complete trip and be in my care the whole way. Do you know the exact condition of these? It concerns me that they are so fragile, but I have been in the moving industry for 35 years and am confident that I can do a good job for you. Check my feedback. Price would not be over your max and could be your book it now if we can communicate about this. I am from N.H. and am returning from the west coast via the southern route and up the east coast. I have a 2007 Dodge Sprinter, rides like a dream. Thanks, and hope to hear from you soon. Response: I do know the exact condition of these.I have many photos and the home in Az is my sisters. I was just there a few months ago and saw them personaly. They are quite old and have been neglected for a few years. One of them is in much worse shape than the other. There is only 1 of 3 bolts on her base and there is a crack near where her shoulder meets the urn she is holding. Both the stained glass lampshades have problems one is in better condition than the other. One has several pieces involved some of them broken. If you have been in the business for so long and have such a sweet van I trust you will secure them well to prevent further damage. I think they would travel best upright as they are standing so no undue bends are place upon the statue. But of course you know best. I like that you will pack them yourself and they will be with you for the entire journey. You will be in good company. They are beautiful ladies. Once they get here I am going to save up and have them restored. (1/25/2008)
