Additional Information: Two labs, one female, one male need to be picked up and handled very kindly. The male is 2 and the female is 4. Nice dogs, energetic. After one dog is picked up a Somerset PA location then the other dog in Harrisburg PA has to be picked up. The order of pickup does not matter. Report a Violation
