  • Description: Two grandfather clocks that were my grandparents, and my mother is giving to me. One is slightly larger than the other. 1) Width on front 19.5", Side or depth 13", Height 83", Appx weight 90 lbs. 2) Width on front 20", Side or depth 12.5", Height 78", Appx weight 75 lbs. **The measurements used above were an average of the two since only one box per measurement.

  • Height:7 ft.
  • Weight: 85 lbs.
Packaging:
We expect the shipper to wrap, pack, protect and secure the two clocks upon shipment so they can inspect and confirm the condition prior to loading and be responsible for their transport. Only insured shippers need bid.
Special Handling Instructions:
These are fragile items as they are working grandfather clocks. My mother lives in a one story home so should be convenient loading.
Additional Information: Sorry we do not have photos, as my mother is not experienced in uploading pics. But the clocks are what you would expect for a standard tall (full size) grandfather clock. Please contact me with additional questions. Report a Violation

Response: I am flexible on transport so that date would work. So please bid and we can go from there. I did request full service carriers who pack & secure the clocks prior to loading them so just want to confirm that too. Thank you. (2/14/2008)
Response: I apologize. It turns out we won't be able to accommodate this load. Our time schedule is very tight for that day. Securing the necessary parts, removing and packaging the weights, wrapping and securing the clocks themselves, all of this will take some careful time which it turns out we don't have on March 4.
