Question:
11/23/2013
Did you have a budget in mind? I'd like to get you locked in if possible.Report a Violation
Response: I actually don't know what a normal price would be but have priced uhaul. I have a house that would fit into a 26' truck but also have two vehicles that need to be shipped. 1969 triumph spitfire and 2013 Mustang. They don't need to ship at the same time also if not interested in shipping cars that is fine. 11/24/2013Report a Violation
Response: At 3000, We will blanket wrap all furniture, insure both vehicles and cargo, and have the job done from start to finish within 2 days.11/24/2013Report a Violation
Question:
11/23/2013
Wow I live in Adairsville just ten mins north of Cartersville. First time I ever came across a move this close to home. We are only new to Uship but I have done over 500 moves. I would really like to win your bid. Will all your items fit into a 26' truck? ThanksReport a Violation
Response: Funny my new job is at Yanmar in Adairsville. It would easily fit into 26' truck. I also have two vehicles that I need to move eventually. 2013 Boss 302 Mustang and 1969 Triumph spitfire. They don't need to move at the same time but I am looking into shipping them as well. Maybe bid them separate or if not capable of moving cars don't worry about it. John11/24/2013Report a Violation
Response: My father worked at Diaki until the tornado. Now he works at sakia across the street from yanmar. I live 5 mins from there. Small world! So whats your budget for this move? We will treat you right. We are professional movers but we are new to Uship. What size truck will we need? Thanks11/24/2013Report a Violation
Response: Not sure on Truck size but the house stuff would easily fit it a 26' truck. The two cars I need to move are a 2013 Mustang and a 1969 triumph spitfire. They would need a two car trailer or something. I am not sure on budget but wanted to do it for around $2000. The move date is not yet solid but I will know more in a few days. Still figuring out closing date. 11/25/2013Report a Violation
Response: Sorry I forgot to mention the cars. We can pull one car on an auto transport. Thanks11/24/2013Report a Violation
Question:
11/23/2013
Hello John, can you provide an inventory please? ThanksReport a Violation
Response: I measured everything and figured a 26' truck will fit everything easily. I also have two cars that need to be shipped but not necessarily at the same time. 2013 mustang and 1969 triumph spitfire. If you don't move cars don't worry about bidding on them. 11/24/2013Report a Violation
Question:
11/24/2013
Are you interested in helping load/unload to save on cost?Report a Violation
Response: Yes, I would. I also have two cars that I need to ship but did not see a good way to add them to description. 2013 Mustang and 1969 triumph spitfire mk3. The house stuff would easily fit into a 26' truck. 11/25/2013Report a Violation
Response: We'll I couldn't help you with the cars right now. I could take the furniture first then do the cars at a later date. What are you looking to spend on just thee household items?11/25/2013Report a Violation
Question:
11/25/2013
If you are ready to book we can do items and one car for $2300 and we can work exact date out later. Uship will ask you for a deposit but you would not owe me a dime until we load. Then its half at pickup then remainder at drop off. We sure would appreciate your business. We have done over 500 moves yet its like we are rookies on this site cause we dont have any feedback. Let me know so. ThanksReport a Violation
Response: Are you free shortly after Christmas? I won't be able to do it until after Christmas but need to do it before new years.11/27/2013Report a Violation
Response: Yeah we can make it work. Would you like for me to bid with a car or without? Thanks11/27/2013Report a Violation
Response: I would say without the car. I might ship both cars earlier.11/27/2013Report a Violation
Response: I can do $1750 and you get a 26' moving truck with two professional movers and we blanket wrap everything. Your belongings will not be hauled in utility trailers lol. Not to mention if for some reason their is an issue we just live right up the road from you. Give us the opportunity and you will not be sorry. Shall Iplace a bid? Thanks11/27/2013Report a Violation
Question:

Response: Just checking back with you? Any update? Thanks12/9/2013Report a Violation
Response: Thinking moving dates will be right around Christmas or even over it. Can do pickup as soon as the 22nd drop off sometime after Christmas 27th or later? 12/9/2013Report a Violation
Response: At this moment yes we can work with you on the dates. I see you have a much lower bid so I was assuming I was out of the running. At that price their is no money in it for me. After fuel, paying employee, hotels, eats, insurance, maintenance on truck, ect. It doesn't leave any meat on the bone. But you get what you pay for. Im a local here in Adairsville, been living here over 30 years. My wife owns a boutique here. So we are invested into the community here. My father works next door to your new employment. I guess what im saying is you will know what you got if you go with us. We are not a fly by night mover. Keep in mind that saving a little now can cost a lot later. Anyway just keep me informed. Thanks12/9/2013Report a Violation
Response: What was your bid at? Sorry it expired. What do you think you could move all of my things for? I have two cars that need to be shipped as well so I figure you would need two trips? Also, thinking I would want to move soon. I would want pickup of first load next week and deliver not sooner than 20th (move in date). Second load could be over Chirstmas week if that works for you. 12/9/2013Report a Violation
Response: Well I couldnt do two trips for $1700. Im really confused at how someone could do two trips for $1300. My fuel alone would cost that. I can do one car and household items for $1750. Keep in mind you get two movers so you dont have to help. I mean why are you paying someone else if you still have to load your own things? Might as well do it yourself and save your money. Ship the one later and let us do the rest. Thanks12/9/2013Report a Violation
Response: The bid is for one trip at $1300. I think they would charge $450 additional for each car. In fact I am not sure what the price is with two trips. 12/9/2013Report a Violation
Response: So its a no brainer if he is going to charge you $1347 then $450 per car but you have to help load. So I think I have the better deal. Let me know asap because we will be moving someone over the holidays. Thanks12/9/2013Report a Violation
Response: I am waiting on what he says for price, if it is $1347 + $900 for cars total it is a very low price. I am very nervous about how well this guy takes care of things. I am tempted to have you do it with a single car and not worry about packing and such. Would be a pickup early next week 16th-18th delivery 19th-20th? 12/9/2013Report a Violation
Response: I agree about the price being low. Knowing what I know about the cost involved I would be nervous to. If my math is right its going to cost you roughly 2 grand his way and you load the stuff yourself. My way $1750 and we do it all. Plus you can come over for sunday dinner cause were going to be neighbors. Of course the choice is yours. I would like to have your business but I can't loose money in the process. Im still confused at what the other offer is. I've stayed honest from the start. $1750 and you don't pay me a dime until we load the truck to your satisfaction. Your dates work for us. Shall I place a bid? Thanks12/9/2013Report a Violation

Hello we have a 48' trailer that is 40'x8x8' and 8'x8'x4'. Have you firmed up your dates yet? Thank you CW Hauling Report a Violation
Question:
12/2/2013
Are you still needing this done?Report a Violation
Response: I do buti don't have a solid close date on my new house yet. You don't need to lower your Price any more. I am just needing a solid close date. 12/2/2013Report a Violation
Response: Sounds good John12/2/2013Report a Violation
Question:
12/9/2013
I would expect them to place their bid of $1950. Not and try to circumvent this site. If im going to loose I want to loose fairly. ThanksReport a Violation
Response: He should place the bid at $1950. This includes getting both cars and all my things moved. I plan on using him simply because he moves all of my things (cars and all) for just slightly more than what you would charge. I think your price is great but it just does not meet all of my needs. If I had only one car to move I would have chosen you for sure. If things fall through are you still interested? 12/10/2013Report a Violation
Response: [content removed – unrelated to services offered] 12/10/2013In Violation
Response: So what would you charge to move all of my things, two cars and household items? Oh by the way cars are a 2013 Ford Boss 302 Mustang, total length 15ft 8" and 1969 Triumph Spitfire total length 12 ft. Weights are 1500#s and 3600#s if that is important.12/10/2013Not in Violation
Response: Our only other option would be to let our second licensed driver drive one of the cars. Then pull the other. Just a thought. One trip. We have done this before. We could do all this for $190012/10/2013Report a Violation
Response: Yeah, I would be a little nervous with that. Neither of these cars can drive on snow or ice. Taking pretty big chance driving them this time of year. Only two people have driven my mustang including me, and the Triumph would be questionable on reliability for an 11 hour drive. If you had a trailer that could haul both that would have been perfect. 12/10/2013Report a Violation
Response: [content removed – unrelated to services offered] By law any shipper that hauls for hire must obtain a mc/dot number through the fmca. With out thoughs numbers you can not aquire commercial insurance to cover a load that you are hauling for hire. PERIOD! Ask for those numbers and certificate of his insurance. Must be 1 million by law. If not your items are being transported illegally and if caught your items can be confiscated. Be smart and good luck. I will contact the dot about this shipper. 12/10/2013In Violation

So now your at $2300 and you still have to load yourself. Seems like im way to low at $1900 lol. Im going to let you handle it from here. ThanksReport a Violation
