Additional Information: Plus 15 boxes. The sofa is a very light ratan frame 3-seater. The hutch is probably heaviest, but splits into two pieces (top and bottom). The bedroom dresser has an attatched mirror that can be detached and wrapped into blankets. All loading and unloading needs to be done by you.

Response: Yes. It's the boxes plus the items listed (eg: sofa, queen bed, hutch, etc). There may be a few minor changes for example the TV most likely will not go but there may be an extra box. Nothing significant. Otherwise, it's exactly as listed. (6/19/2006)

Response: What time in the morning would you be here (Fort Lauderdale)? The drop site in Newberry is on a farm which means the last small road is a dirt road--but since you're from the area, you probably could guess that already. I may not be ready to follow you up tomorrow first thing in the AM, but my sister could receive the furniture on the other end if need be. (6/19/2006)

Response: Yes, a deposit is fine--how much and how? Ground floor to ground floor--in Newberry the ground floor entrance has three steps up to the door--but it's first floor. FtLaud at 11 is perfect. Hutch is: 60" long by 20" deep by 35" high--with an additional 45" height top that is light and removable. dresser is 18" deep, 60" wide, 32" tall with detachable mirror top. TV and 2 lamp tables aren't going but a normal sized coffee table is and possibly an extra box. If this is all OK and deposit isn't outrageous, I will accept bid--don't want you to stay up late!
