Response: Hi - I have a few questions - How much is uship fee? Do you want me to load and unload? If so do you have a lift or dolly for me to use? Your truck is enclosed right? When would you be able to pick it up because I'm about 90% packed but I didnt pack up my dishes or towels yet. I will have a few more questions if that ok but lets work this out first. (5/15/2007)
Question: Actually, I forgot to ask the main question. If a semi-truck can get to the pickup/delivery areas? Uship fee will be about $230.00 Unfortunately, our trucks are not equipped with lift gates, but we’ll have a dolly and a dozen 72x80-moving pads. All our trailers are enclosed. Driver will help with loading/unloading, but he won’t be able to do it by himself. We can pick it up next week. Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you. (5/15/2007)
Response: Yes a semi can come down our street and to the new address. So the total would be $3230 all inclusive? I see you do have a dot# to check on thats good. VML actually bid on my shipment and we were talking and when I asked him if he had a dot# and I wanted my husband to read his feed back he declined his bid and said he didnt want to work with a person like me. So I hope you dont get mad when I ask questions it seems only normal that someone would be worried if there shipment would arrive to where its suppose to go. Anyways where are you coming from? How many other peoples items are on your truck? If more than mine is there a wall divider or does the driver always stay with the truck? What day were you looking at coming?
