Question: What price range are you looking for? What type of service? Are you packing? Who will load us or you? Sorry for so many ?'s but the price could vary drasticly between types of service. Let me know and I will see what we can work out for you. Thank you Brad (10/15/2009)

Response: Hello, thank you for the questions. We were hoping that we could stay under $3,000 for the move. We will have everything packed and ready to load.
We just need someone to load the truck, drive to Austin and unload.
It seems that towing a car is very expensive so we will drive it instead. Thank you for your assistance. (10/15/2009)

Response: I've got a 34ft enclosed trailer so I don't see this being very difficult! I could do it for $2700. I think that's a fair price given the labor involved and my feedback. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you, Brad (10/16/2009)

Response: Hi Brad, Thank you for the reply. Yes, that price is in the ballpark of what we are looking for. We are going to make a decision by November 1st. I assume that price includes insurance, and all costs? Thank you. (10/16/2009)

Response: Yes, that would be an all inclusive price. Thanks Brad (10/16/2009)

Response: Hi Brad, A couple more questions: How many guys would you have loading? Also, is this a dedicated move or are you moving other people on the same trailer?
Our timeline is a bit tight, we'd like to load up everything on Friday 11/20 and unload on Sunday 11/22 or on that Monday at the latest.
We've never had to move this far before so please excuse us if some of our questions seem unreasonable. Thank you. (10/16/2009)

Response: It will be dedicated. I may have enough space for your car, but I'm not sure. I would prefer dedicated so as not to mix other peoples stuff up. Please feel free to ask any questions. The more that are asked before hand make for a smoother move when it comes! Thank you, Brad (10/16/2009)

Response: Hi Brad, I just wanted to touch base with you because we are leaning towards using your service for our move. The price is very fair. We are still finalizing our move plans but I wanted to stay in contact with you. ...also we don't need to move the car. We are going to drive it to Austin. (10/21/2009)

Response: Thank you for keeping in touch! I look forward to being able to serve your needs! Thank you, Brad (10/21/2009)

Response: Hi Brad, it looks like we are going ahead with our move and we would like to use your services at the price you had quoted. Please feel free to submit the bid.
We still have a few questions: we're not sure a 34 ft truck will fit in our neighborhood. Is this truck the size of a big rig or is it more like a box truck?
Thanks! (10/28/2009)

Response: Sounds good! I'm working on scheduling right now I will place my bid in the next day or two! The 34ft is a bumper pull trailer hooked to a pickup. Thanks Brad (10/28/2009)

Response: Thanks Brad, we just want to be certain we can get loaded on Friday, November 20th because we have to be out of our house on that day. Thanks again! (10/29/2009)

Question: Is there any reason why you havnt accepted my bid does my bid not work for you? Thanks,Anthony (WCT) (10/24/2009)

Response: Hi Anthony, Your bid is fine but we have received several bids which are much lower. In particular we have a company that has over 40 positive feedback results with a bid that is several hundred dollars lower. We are going to make a decsion on a moving company by next week. Thank you again and we appreciate your bid and communication. (10/26/2009)

Question: Hello, I have placed a bid for $2,700.00. Please check my feedback and profile. My bid includes the following: shrink wrapping of upholstered furniture, pad wrapping of all other furniture, normal disassembly and reassembly of furniture, all loading and unloading labor, and full replacement valuation protection coverage, ($50,000.00 coverage with a $500.00 deductible). Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you. Jeff/Moveprotx. (10/29/2009)

Response: Hi Jeff, thank you for the bid. We have a couple of questions.
1) What type of truck would be used in the move?
2) Is it a dedicated move?
3) How many people involved?
4) Is this bid all-inclusive of gas and other costs?
5) How many days would it take to ship to Austin from CA?
Thanks! (10/29/2009)

Response: Thank you for your intrest in my company. Yes, the bid is all inclusive for a dedicated move with 2-3 movers at origin and destination with an enclosed 30' trailer. The pick up would be on 11/20 and delivery on 11/22. If you need different dates, I can be a little flexible. Thank you. Jeff/Moveprotx. (10/29/2009)
