hi pick up is at two places del at one.do you have help to load/unload ,is everything on your list? please check my reviews
yes, that's right. Pickup is at two places and delivery is at one. The pickup is all one floor-- a garage at a house and a storage unit. The delivery is a small house with two floors and a basement, but the basement is accessible from the backyard (no need to go downstairs). Only the airmoire that holds the tv goes upstairs and the dresser.
Everything is on the list.6/18/2014
how soon do you want to move?6/18/2014
Ideally pickup would be on or before June 25 and dropoff would be on or after June 27 or 28.6/18/2014
I can make the move for 2200 please check my reviews thank you Kevin 6/18/2014
Would you submit a bid with the pickup and delivery date and other terms?
Preference for pickup is on or before June 25. Preference for delivery is on or after June 27, 28, 29.
How tall is armoire 6/18/2014
Hi eggman, it's not really an airmoire but I listed it as such because there wasn't the appropriate piece of furniture and I thought it was an overestimation of weight for fairness. It's the item pictured that is wrapped in celephane. I have the actual dimensions for it: 54" wide x 16" deep x 34.5' tall. It's a piece of furniture that hides a tv in it.
The dresser is a taller item but I don't have the measurements in front of me as it's in storage. 6/18/2014
I only have 6 ft tall in trailer , was there help in Kansas to unload and get items up stairs or do I need to find help? 6/18/2014
Hi eggman, the "armoire" and dresser are definitely shorter than 6". The only question would be the office furniture. I may need to measure or look at the storage notes to confirm it will work.
We would like a quote for delivery within the house. It's a two story house with a basement, but the basement can be accessed from the ground level of the backyard. Only the armoire (tv holder) and dresser go upstairs. Couches, rug, and coffee table on main level. 6/18/2014
Hi eggman, I realized I had put in the description that there is only one item that goes upstairs but there are two (as I described in an answer to you). So, I wanted to edit it to make sure that's taken care of. If you would rebid, that would be appreciated.
If you'd like to provide two bids, one that includes you providing the delivery help inside and the other that does not, that would be fine. We prefer the help but may be able to manage, particularly if it's delivered on the weekend of 6/27/6/29. Thank you!6/18/2014
hi i put my bid in thank you6/18/2014
Hi, thanks. I have an appointment tomorrow to visit the storage unit in order to measure the tall bookshelves. I may end up taking them off the shipment because it's also possible they're too tall for our ceilings. Perhaps I should create another shipment listing to account for that. Will confirm tomorrow evening. Thank you!6/18/2014
Hi stacy, My name is Sarah, We are White Glove service. Full Blanket wrap, We can pickup 6/23-24 and deliver 6/27-29 For $2100 Please ask anything that may help you, ASAP Sorry booking now! Take a look at our feedback if that helps.
Thanks Sarah K. 'ShipthisTOO'
That's great and very competitive. The dates work. Uship defines white glove service to include indoor delivery-- is that the case for you?
The indoor delivery is not the most burdensome, but there is some. We have just a couple items to go upstairs (something I defined as an "armoire" for sizing purposes but is really a piece of furniture that holds a tv (54" wide x 16" deep x 34.5" tall), and a double dresser. Otherwise, the furniture goes on the main level or in the basement that is accessible from the backyard ground level.
Would you submit a formal bid? When would you need acceptance of a bid? I'm visiting the storage unit this afternoon to look over the height of one item. Any height limits in your truck?6/19/2014
We have a tall truck to get into the back door you have an opening that is 86 inches interior about 90 inches the question to you is are you going to accept our bId? we do not like to place a bid unless the shipper/ party wants us to do the transport.if you would like for us to do the transport I will submit a formal bed for the price I quoted you and yes we do all moving.and replace the stuff in whatever room you request please let me know what to do at this point thank you Sarah K. Hi Sarah K,
Sure, I understand the need to manage your commitments and cancellation score.
In looking at your question, I see that it is in response to my listing for 2 bedroom house that includes one item I no longer plan to ship and excludes one I do plan to ship. The reason for this is height of a ceiling. I believe the bookcases are too tall for the ceiling of our new small house. So, I created another listing to account for the new list of items. Would you place a bid or submit an informal bid after looking at that very similar list? It can be found here: http://www.uship.com/shipment/2-Bedroom-House/258037825/
I will, of course, only accept one bid and plan to accept only once I'm sure about all the shipping terms and list.
I will visit the storage facility this afternoon and confirm which listing will proceed-- the one with or without the bookcase. I am fairly certain it will be the one without the bookcase as my memory is that it's too tall.6/19/2014
