Response: Well, I was hoping to receive a bid of less than $2,000. I have one for $2,000. The most important thing to me is that my furniture not get damaged again like it was when I moved here 2.5 years ago from Florida. I'd like it to be wrapped and one company will do this. I want to make sure that it is arranged on the truck properly. On the move out they put so much stuff on my dining room table that it broke in several places. I'll pack my clothes, but would like someone to supervise the loading. (9/8/2009)

Response: Thanks for your response and I can understand where your coming from. Unfortunately there are some companies out here, who do this just for the money. Hopefully you can see from my feedback, you satisfaction is a big part of why I do what I do. I enjoy this and have been doing it for over 20 yrs. I have been in business for my self for 15 of that. I am there on the pick up and delivery making sure everything is done right, from the start to end. I sorry but I can't come close to there bid of 2100.00. I do understand trying to save money, however I can't justify paying labor on both ends fuel and other related expenses, if I blow a tire on this truck it cost me 300 + just for that. In order to operate I have to incorporate all my expenses, being legal carrier alone cost over 15,000 a year. I'm not wining just enlightening you. If you would like I can do this for 2800.00 and out of that 2800 it cost me almost 300 to book this so in the end I get 2500.00. I would be happy to earn your bus (9/8/2009)

Response: No problem please take your time. I will be leaving to the west coast on Wednesday and hope to have all my return loads set up. If my bid expires again just ask for a re-bid. I only leave my bids up for 3 days at a time because I place so many and I don't want to have one excepted when I don't have the room so I place it for 3 days and if it expire you can ask for the re-bid and I can let you know if I have the room or not at that time. Response: My biggest concern is damage to my furniture. When I shipped my things from Florida 2.5 years ago, the shipper did serious damage to my things and refused to pay. I want to be sure this doesn't happen again. If you load after I leave on Sept 30, I want to ensure that the loaders know what they're doing and that wraps are placed around my furniture to protect it. I'll have a friend here to observe, but can you assure me that things will be protected? (9/18/2009)

Response: Last question. Can you pick up my stuff and have it arrive in Henderson on October 31? The reason is that my daughter is moving into a different house. It's still in the Henderson area, but if you can deliver it to their new house, they wouldn't have to store it as they don't have room in their present place. You could pick my things anytime after October 1. I won't be here, but I'll leave the payment with a friend who will give you access to my place. Actually, the sooner you pick up my things, the better it would be for me because I have to sell my place. (9/19/2009)

Response: Yes, I think I can everything ready on Sept 30. If I can get help packing, it could be ready sooner. Do you know of any good packers who aren't too expensive? My estimate of number of boxes is just that, an estimate. I'm throwing out a great deal of things; it may be quite a bit less. I forgot to include my refrigerator though. I hope this won't be a problem. If you want to come look at what I have, that would be okay with me. Two other questions. 1. Can I pay with a credit card when you pick up and my daughter with a credit card when you deliver? 2. My dining room table is dismantled because I had to have it repaired after the last mover broke it. It would probably be easier to move by not reassembling it. You tell what you think. Question: Okay the feedback Im new to uship but Im not new to moving I have been doing this for 15 years after you accept the bid I can send you feed back from othere moves weve done I have never had any problems with my customers Im very honest. About the packing my guys will help do snything you need them to do if you have your own boxes thats not a problem becouse my boxes are alittle priced in the high side. Creit card on pick is fine delivery cash or postal money order but you can pay for a postal money at the post office with a creit card. (9/19/2009)
