Response: Im not sure what to do, the place is not vacant until the 1st of october. Im aware that there would be an added charge for the 3rd floor. I have been in constant contact with the landlord about this situation, he is trying to get the apartment ready earlier but for now all he can say for sure is the 1st. Response: I think there is a little confusion, I wont be charging additional for stairs,, you have to arrange for labor, to be there, I will load and unload and the labor will be moving everything upstairs, and remember if the landlord, says yes,, then you will have to send me a check, or wire me the money so have fuel to get up to you,, I hope this clears things up a little (9/17/2009)
