Additional Information: We have two full beds, a couple of computers, a printer, some filing cabnets and a small kitchen cart as well. I need both a truck and people to load. There is one flight of stairs, no elevator, and a moving truck can park right in front on the sidewalk if it isn't an enormous moving truck. I have cats, so movers shouldn't be allergic to cats. Response: We actually need someone to do the moving for us. We actually have a truck and trailer, but I am not strong enough to lift most of the things in our house, so we're just looking for a regular moving company with a truck and loaders. (10/22/2007)
Question: I have a 14' straight truck and one helper. From previous questons, not sure how to bid - Your timeframe would be good for us - Also could make two trips if necessary - Need you to clarify the equipment and manpower needed. Thank you (10/23/2007)
Response: Probably would need more than one trip. I have a 17 foot trailer and it would certainly take more than one load in my trailer...two people would be needed to lift, since I have furniture. Thanks! (10/25/2007)

Response: This is a bit high. I moved a year ago 850 miles and I haven't accumulated much more and this is only 60 miles, so I have a general idea of what I can expect to pay. (10/25/2007)

Response: Saturday move is perfect. There is one flight of stairs in the apartment, but we are moving to a house with no stairs. (10/27/2007)

Question: Hello, If you have 140 boxes each approx. 2'x 2'x 2' that is going to take up at least 18 feet of floor space on a 8 foot tall, 8 foot wide truck, more or less depending on the actual sizes of the boxes. It seems to me you need at least a 40 foot trailer for this job to be done in one trip. Please let me know so I can place an accurate bid. Thank you (10/27/2007)
Response: I might not have that many....I haven't done a lot of packing yet. This was just a maximum number. Most boxes are 16" x 13" x 13", but some are bigger. I consider a 2' x 2' x 2' box a big box. (10/27/2007)
