Perfect, thank you for submitting a new bid with the revised dates. Please let us know your thoughts on how we could keep it to a final amount of no more $4,000, including packing the kitchen and $210 of insurance. Thank you in advance! We would really like to work with you.
Hi,if the kitchen is small, the packing could be around $250.I do not think $140 will cover packing kitchen and packing materials. And again I did not see your kitchen.Same kitchen take a day a half to pack it.I can not promise you $140 for the kitchen.Thanks.
Okay, I think we can probably make this price work, I just need to review it with my husband once more. Once we review, we can accept in the morning and go from there to get a written contract and confirm dates in the next week. Thank you.

Thank you for your bid. We want to support small and new businesses, but I'm afraid for our cross-country move we're not comfortable going with a provider without any record of feedback.

Thank you for your bid. Will you be able to provide packing for our kitchen, as noted in our listing? What all materials are included in your bid? For example, carton for TV, blankets and other items needed for furniture/things not in boxes, and dish packs for packing our kitchen.
Yes. Our bid including the packing materials/labors to pack your kitchen items plus TV in a box/ loose item like furnitrue in a shrinkwrap/blanket wrap, it will take a whole day for this pick up job and will use all the space for our 24' moving box truck. So if you can make decision ASAP will be the best because our truck may be booked soon then will be not able to take care your move!
Thanks for your prompt response. A few more questions: 1. We see that you offer the standard $0.60/lb insurance. What are the options for full value protection? 2. How far in advance would we be able to confirm the pick up day? 3. Would it be possible to have our things delivered by 8/17?
Yes. Full value protections available at the 8% rate of the total cost-assumed it's all general household item, not include any exceptional high value items. (Please list the individula item value greater than $1000/each for the quote of the extra premium)
Our truck will be passing by Chicago later next week. If you book this move within few days, we can arrange to arrive Chicago by your time frame 8/12-14 then will arrive NYC 8/17 no problem. Just need to book before we sold our space to other customers!
Does that mean 8% of the cost of the move, or the value of our items? We wouldn't pack anything to be moved that's of exceptionally high value.
Full value protection is $280 which is the 8% of the offered $3500 cost.
Will be relative safe as your move will take a whole truck, direct / dedicated moving services so less chance to get lost or damage in transit.

Thank you for your bid! We are seriously considering it, however the earliest day we could possibly have the pickup would be August 11. Would it be possible to schedule the pickup on August 11 or 12?
Hi,We can do it bet.8/13 and 8/14 and deliver in 3 days.Thanks.
Hi,
That timing would be fabulous. We have just a few questions:
-Will you be able to provide packing for our kitchen, as noted in our listing?
-What all materials are included in your bid? For example, carton for TV, blankets and other items needed for furniture/things not in boxes, and dish packs for packing our kitchen.
Based on your responses, we could confirm tomorrow (Sunday). Thanks!
Hi,we accept $1000 in cash on pick up to cover our trip expences and balance on delivery.we will blanket wrap all your furniture and will take it apart if needed. The boxes we expect to be packed before we arrive. We can pack your boxes on the day of the move at the rate of $89/h plus the cost of the boxes. The date of the move we can discuss a week before.Thank you,Andrei.
Hi again, we have just a couple more questions for you (in addition to the 2 above from yesterday). We're very impressed with your reviews and would love to confirm details before moving forward.
1. What type of payment do you accept, and when is it due?
2. Upon booking, would we execute a written contract to confirm details of the shipment?
3. How far in advance would the pick up date be confirmed (for either 8/13 or 8/14)?
Thank you!
The electronics and tv' s we blanket wrap along with the furniture.Thanks.
Thanks for your responses. Packing the kitchen sounds fine, we assume the cost of the boxes/packing material would be a typical price seen in stores.
Also, we want to note that we aren't 100% confident in the box estimate that we gave in our listing—the more accurate thing to go off of is the weight estimate (which we've had assessed at somewhere between 3,700 and 4,300 lbs). Just want to make sure that we're on the same page in this regard.
Finally, we see that you offer the standard $0.60/lb insurance. What are the options for full value protection? Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions!
Hi,I noticed that the list of the items is very precise and we do not care about the weight. The insurance is $70 for every $10,000 of coverage Is optional in the bill of lading on the day of the move.Thanks.
Sounds good, we just wanted to make sure that if we end up having a few more boxes that it wouldn't be an issue. The insurance sounds fine, we would like to select that, likely in the amount of $210. We're quite impressed with your reviews and pleased with your bid. However, the most we can spend is $4,000. Would it be possible to keep it to a final amount of $4,000, including packing the kitchen and $210 of insurance? If so, we would like to proceed; if you could just submit a new bid with the revised dates that we discussed (pick up 8/13 or 8/14, delivery in 3 days), that would be great. Thank you!
