Additional Information: We live in an apt building; will have a dedicated elevator right outside our door to the ground floor (3 flights). Other items.. Also have a futon that folds up pretty easy and a small, light cushioned chair. the small bookshelves fold completely flat and the 6 foot bookshelves are super light ikea ones. the largest things are just the queen bed, 34" TV (old type), ikea dining table. pretty light on furniture. might have a few potted plants left to move as well.
