Detailed Description: I have 2 pieces of steel that I need picked up from 08825(frenchtown, NJ) and driven to 19125(philly). 1 piece= 24'length of 4"x2"x1/4"wall that has been rolled to a 14' radius. 1 piece= 24' length of 3"x2"x1/4"wall that has been rolled to a 17' radius. The pieces are mild steel and don't need any special attention.

Additional Information: I apologize for my early posting - I'm new to this and didn't have an exact completion time for the job. Now I do. It's ready for pickup as of today and I need to have the two pieces delivered to Philadelphia this Friday (Friday 27th). You can pick it up in Frenchtown any time after 9am and drop it off in Philly any time after that and before 4 on Friday. Thanks so much. Report a Violation

Response: They tell me it should be ready friday march 27th although if they get it done sooner I need it ASAP. No Tarp. They should have no problem loading it onto your truck and the unloading I've got taken care of on the Philly side. (3/17/2009)
Question: Hello, A have a 24'enclosed car trailer with a rear ramp door.We could roll them in on a dolly that I have or three men can propably carry them in.I could do this for $298.51 Complete.Your thoughts.Ruez. (3/17/2009)
Response: If you don't mind putting them on your trolley and pushing them up I don't mind. It looks like the pieces will be ready for pick up about friday march 27th. If they are completed sooner I would like them sooner. I can keep you informed. You did say $198.51 complete - right? (3/17/2009)

Response: They're telling me that it'll take 7-10 days to roll them so we're looking at delivery date of about Friday March 27. They do NOT need to be tarped. I'll have to ask the shop if they will load but I'm assuming they won't have a problem helping it onto your truck as it's only two, relatively small pieces. Question: You have these items listed as linear dimensions, but n the description it states that they have been rolled into 14 ft and 17 ft RADIUS pieces. Can you please clarify (3/17/2009)
Response: the 2 pieces are each 24' long but have been rolled to a 14' and 17' radius. So, yes, you're correct in thinking that they are no longer actually 24' long as they've been 'curved'. Is that clear? (3/17/2009)

Question: Hi Shipper, I ended up selling my 22 foot trailer, and am left with a 16 foot trailer. If they can help set up on the trailer, I can do this delivery. Your steel will be strapped down, but will have to hang over the trailer at some point-either off of the 16 foot bed, or up to the ramp gate. Ramp is removable, but I'm not sure which would be better. If it sounds like this is workable, I can deliver, just let me know, and I'll bid. (3/25/2009)
Response: I estimate that the 24' length, when arced will still be about 22' long. I sketched it out and it seems that if you put it on somewhat of a diagonal and hang some over your tongue and some off the back it may work. How much are you allowed to hang off the back of the trailer without getting pulled over? How long is your tongue? If you can hang a couple feet off back and put 4 feet up on tongue it may work. Let me know. I'd just hate for you to make the trip and not be able to get it on. (3/25/2009)
Response: Thanks for the quick response. If they are about 22 feet when arced, I can set them on the tongue at least two feet. That would leave four feet of over hang. I am fine with that, I will have flags to hang from the end, there should be no issue. I have straps to secure them. Will someone be there to assist in loading? Will pick up and delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday work for you? I will be in the area then, but unsure as to what time on Tuesday, so it may have to wait until Wednesday. I will place my bid in the mean time. (3/25/2009)
Response: I really need to have them delivered this Friday (27th of March). I'm so sorry if this won't work for you as you've been so quick and responsive. If I can't secure a delivery this Friday I will need it next Tuesday. I'll let you know what happens. Response: I sketched it out and the steel rolled into a "c" shape will not exceed your 96" width. I'm estimating it to roughly 5'wide and since they're curved the 24' length will shorten by a foot or two. Thanks for your interest. let me know if you need any other questions answered (3/25/2009)
