Questions for this shipment:
Question:
Can this shipment be loaded onto a trailer? I have a 38' flatbed in SC that will be headed to CA and would love the opportunity to earn your load. Thanks Phillips 4 Transporting (2/1/2008)
Response:
Pickup and dropoff from residences. Is it a low-boy tailer with ramp for drive on drive off? (2/7/2008)
Question:
My enclosed trailer is 8 ft wide but only 6'8" between the wheel wells. (2/2/2008)
Response:
I e-mailed the boat's owner (Maryland boat) and he said it would fit. The South Caroilina boat has a slightly wider trailer and he won't know until Monday. If you load the Maryland boat first will the SC boat have to clear the wheel wells? (2/3/2008)
Question:
Have you thought about maybe shrink wrapping the boats and having them transported together on a open trailer for cheaper? (2/3/2008)
Response:
Thought about it but was not acceptable for several reasons... (2/3/2008)
Response:
We can transport both these on our boat trailer if there was a way for loading and unloading? They won't be enclosed though (2/5/2008)
Question:
is the 15 foot the total lenght including the lenght of the tong of the trailer (2/5/2008)
Response:
No, one boat is 21'long and the other is 18' long (boat, motor and trailer)with both being less than 7'wide. Note, the 21' has a motor and the 18' does not. (2/5/2008)
Response:
do you have pics of boats? (2/6/2008)
Response:
Yes, do you need them? (2/7/2008)
Response:
yes, i'm trying to see if they fit my enclosed trailer,i have a lot of experiance with boats and you really get into some bad weather going west. (2/7/2008)
Response:
Send me a bid as soon as you can. Thanks... (2/8/2008)
Response:
do you whant to ship them open or enclosed now that you have covers (2/7/2008)
Response:
Can go either way depending on costs... (2/8/2008)
Question:
I'm thinking out loud 2200 per boat next week ???and deliver by saturday??I will be in MD on tuesday??? (2/5/2008)
Response:
Can you pickup the boats on or after Tuesday the 12th of February? Boat covers will be arriving on Monday to cover each boat and they need to be tied on. Both boats are being restored and have to be protected as much a possible (ice, rocks and snow)for the transit. Please send me your bid for the delivery of both boats with all expenses including insurance. Each boat is worth only about 8k but they are difficult to find. If you can do it for about fourty-four hundred next week, I will probably give you the contract. Thanks... Jon (2/7/2008)
Response:
I will place bid now ssmith9736 4400?? (2/7/2008)
Question:
If the snow is what you dont like about the open transport i would be taking th ten across and not the forty or the eighty,i dont like driving in it anymore then you want your boats in it,thanks,Mike.buddha747 (2/6/2008)
Question:
Another idea for these is to gwt them shrink wrapped.I just haulet a jet boat from Ohio to California and the shrink wrap worked really well, thanks ,Mike.buddha747 (2/7/2008)
Question:
Can ship both of these on open flat deck trailer for $4500.00. Please let me know if interested. Thanks. Jeremiah (2/7/2008)
Response:
Interested. How about loading and off loading? (2/8/2008)
Question:
What is the zip code in MD where the other boat is located? (2/8/2008)
Question:
Hi, sorry for the previous question. I see the zip on the other listing. (2/8/2008)
