Additional Information:
I'm in the Army and bought this a few months ago when i got back from Iraq. I couldnt afford a new one, but a wrecked one was right up my alley. The gentleman says he towed it home, but he thinks i should have it brought back to me on a flatbad trailer, reversed since the windows are missing and because of the damage. So i'm open for any ideas or offers and have no time restraints and am flexible about the delivery location, as long as its around Indianapolis, Chicago or Ohio and Michigan. Like i said i'm flexible
Questions for this shipment:
Question:
I will give it some thought not sure about themax you are wanting thanks Mike (10/14/2009)
Response:
I'm just 24 and dont have much experience in shipping large items, so my price range is flexible. I'm just going to go with the best offer i get. I'm aware of fuel costs and the time it would take me to get it, so that all plays a factor and its worth it to me, to pay to have it shipped. So i just want to find the best deal. (10/14/2009)
Question:
(10/14/2009)
Response:
Not sure if my target price is real far off. Or what i should expect to pay. I simply just want to find a fair price and the best deal and make the arrangements. If your interested, please let me know. I'm very flexible (10/14/2009)
Question:
where did you want this delivered to is Te windows Te only towing problem? you could always put plstc on the windows if that's all ive hauled alot of wrecks that way (10/14/2009)
Response:
I would consider any options, the gentleman who i purchased it from, seemed to think it would be best for me to have it on a flatbed, due to the windows. In all honesty i really wanted to just tow it home myself, but on his suggeststion that it may cause further damage or problems, i have decided to try and have it brought back on a flatbed. i have no problem towing it under 700 or so, to get it home and thats is why my destination is flexible. i work in Indianapolis with the army and live in Ohio, so i can have it delivered wherever (10/14/2009)
Question:
Hello, we are very interested in moving this trailer for you. We have a truck ann gooseneck trailer which would meet the legal requirements for hauling. Please feel free to look at our feedback. I am going to place my bid tonight however if you are interested and feel that this is to high please feel free to contact me and we can discuss it. Thank you for your time. (10/14/2009)
Response:
Just waiting a day or two to see what my options are. You are currentlt my front runner. If you have any questions at all, please let me know. My goal is to have the trailer shipped backward on a trailer so that when i cover the broken window area it won't be subject to all the wind and weather (10/16/2009)
Response:
Having this hauled backward should be no problem at all. We look forward from hearing from you when you have made your decision. Thank you for your time. (10/16/2009)
Question:
Hi , I have been hauling for 30+ years and strongly recommend that you specify that this must be tarped whether hauled forward or backward. When hauling this backward it will produce a rear vacumn that will suck in rain, snow , dust , or whatever and probably ruin the interior. Best bet is pulling forward with a front tarp. Good luck with your shipment , George (10/18/2009)
Question:
Hello I am just wanting to let you know that we will be taking a load out to that area and will be heading back sometime the end of this week or the first part of next. We look forward to hearing from you regarding us getting this trailer back here to the Indiana or Ohio area. As far as the suggestion that the last gentelman had on how you should haul this we would like for you to know that we will respect your wishes and it will be transported however you would feel comfortable having it done. Thanks again for your time and we look forward to hearing from you very soon. (10/18/2009)
Question:
Hi , Do you still need this hauled ? Thanks , George (10/22/2009)
Question:
HI , I HAVE JUST PLACED A VERY GOOD BID ON YOU TRAILER....PLEASE SEE PICKUP AND DELIVERY INFORMATION IN MY NOTES. MY BID WILL EXPIRE TODAY. (10/23/2009)
Question:
how much are looking to spend to bring it to you i can work with you on the price (10/24/2009)
Response:
Duane, You are my front runner, your price is right on target with what i want to spend. I'm just trying to finalize what day i can have it picked up, and wanted to make sure it would jive with your schedule before i accepted the bid. Feel free to call me or let me know about your available pick-up and delivery dates- Mike [phone number removed] (10/25/2009)
Response:
i can not call you on here can not give out numbers tell go thru it (10/26/2009)
Question:
is the price you like or how much would you pay to have it moved (10/25/2009)
Response:
i wanted to be around $1000 and your bid is close enough. I just need to make sure that your projected pick up times will work with the gentleman in Montana and then i can accept your bid (10/26/2009)
Response:
thats fine i well have my ears on (10/26/2009)
Response:
sorry for the delay, the guy who has the trailer in Montana is on some 3 day elk hunt up there and i have had a hard time getting a hold of him. i just wanted to make sure it was ready for pick up on those days b4 i accepted your bid, sorry for the delay. i will get you more info asap. the pick up date and delivery will work great for me, as long as it will work for him (10/26/2009)
Response:

Question:
yes that would be fine i plan to be up there around the 29th and the 31st and on time justed let me know what the best time to pick up (10/26/2009)
Question:
Hi so what are these guys do are they pulling this and to where i would like to bid on this but i would like to know how you what this done you are going to have to cover that window with some thing or the wind we reck the inside so you have a guy that has no feed back that is going to fix the window and haul it 2000 mile make less than $900 let us know how you what this hauled and we will put in a bid thanx (10/27/2009)
Question:
how are you coming with of pick up time (10/27/2009)
Response:
Still no reply from the gentleman in Montana. i spoke to his wife and have been calling all day, but i cannot confirm if thuraday will work or not. I'm sorry for the delay. I just dont want to accept the bid and then not have it available for pickup (10/27/2009)
Response:
justed checking with you on it no rush (10/27/2009)
Response:
finally got a hold the wife, she thinks pick up on thursday should be fine. What time do you think you can be there. I will simply give you his number, but figured i would ask you for a ballpark time first. He is going to close the trailer up the best he can. Not sure what u will be using to tow it, a gooseneck or a flatbed...let me know. As the current owner thought it may be best to have it placed on a flatbed reversed. (10/27/2009)
Question:
it would be between 8am to 5pm but wend you pay i well get the numbers off there so i or you can call and they should have a number as well then i can call them and what work best (10/28/2009)
Question:
