confused. wanting to accept bid. you state 50% now; 50% at delivery. there is no way to pay 50% now, on uship. there are 2 options. all now with paypal, or they set a deposit amount, which in my case was 85.07. 20 for them. 65.07 to you. Thats it. no other options exist. Somehow your service and uship need to get together and make your ad agree with what uship is going to do or specify, "for uship customers......" 'cause I don't know how to pay you 50% and don't want to pay it all up front. Customers get nervous when they get confused (!) Please clarify and consider adding clarification to your ad so people will know what to do in the future. Thanks and look forward to your service!! waiting to accept.......MB
Hi Mark, Sorry your confused. The deposit is uships booking cost. That doesn't come to me. I collect my deposit seperately. However in your case I'll waive my requirement on the deposit. I am going to be in your area for another pickup....hope that helps you and straightens out the fuzzies. Cheers Tom
one more question, just cuz I'm trying to figure this out. uship is charging 19.99 for the ad and then they charge 65.08 more for a booking deposit. so when it says I'm paying $85.07, which is ad price plus booking deposit and the remaining balance i owe to hauler is $350.00, that's your actual price? You get $350.00; they get $85.07 for a total of $415.07? So they are getting right at 25%? I'm just making sure you know that they are saying I owe hauler $350.00 and that's it, so the rest must be theirs. Thanks for "educating" me and I will be accepting your bid shortly.
hi, haven't heard from you. just waiting for input. after reading up on everything, I just want to clarify. uship wants 85.06 from me which they includes their 19.99 ad fee.They call the rest "booking deposit" which is defined as "a percentage of total bid price. it books services of your service provider and will be held by uship. in event of cancellation, I will be given a creit of bid deposit plus ad fee of 19.99, good for 1 year." It sounds to me like they are taking a deposit and holding it until they see you aren't cancelling. once you pickup, at some point, they owe you 65.07 (difference between ad fee and 85.06 they want up front from me. $65.07 from them and $350.00 from me is $415.07. does that sound right to you? I will owe you $350.00 at delivery is what they are saying on their bid acceptance form. If I give them $85.06 now, $19.99 of that is their ad fee, they owe you the rest ($65.07) and I owe $350.00. are we good on that?
Your math is right....your distrbution of funds is not. I get 350....that's it. The rest is uShips to pay their bills. If you need further clarification I suggest you use the community forum and pose your question theree...one of the uShip reps will be glad to address your inquiry. If I only owe you $350.00 at delivery, I am happy. I will pay them their $85.06. $435.06 total is still best offer. $85.06 to them. $350.00 to you on delivery. Pick-up on 3/27-3/28. He is out of town and won't be home until 3/26 pm. (he's spending my payment on vacation!!) Thank you for your patience. Bid accepted.

Hello, I just put in an e-mail to sellar to verify someone would be there to release, before I accept bid, but if I can verify pickup, we should be good to go and I will accept bid. Just wanted to touch base on details to get them out of the way. I will be at work during the day Friday, so I won't be able to sign. if delivery is before about 5:00, i will get it dropped off at Mom's and she will sign for it and complete payment (if that's ok). Any time over the weekend would be fine, (after 5:00 Friday) and it would be delivered to my place. so if something were to come up, that's fine. anytime Saturday or Sunday works for me. Just let me know as you get close so I won't have "run to the store" or something. If you can give approximate time for pickup, I will relay to sellar, before your contact . 2 more quick questions, before i call my sellar, and accept bid. do you know if it will be am, pm, mid-day or evening yet? and as this is my first time with uship, are you familiar with the payments options? I read you prefer 1/2 with paypal after pickup and 1/2 in cash at delivery. ( i won't be able to pay anything until around 4:00 after work; no e-mail) and if it says pay with paypal I just enter half of payment? I read where a few people where confused about paying 1/2 with paypal) clarify for me if you know. Thanks mark

I sent payment yesterday, fed-ex, 3 day delivery, gentleman said normally gets there in 2 days, which would be Wedneday. Considering Thursday (evening)at latest, still available or done gone by? Need a weekend delivery. Thanks for your interest.
Just as a notice. This is setup from my personal computer. I can't get to it until after work around 4:00. And u-ships rules won't allow me to give you info for daytime contact, so the earliest response I can give will be around 4:30 pm. thanks mb.
