Question: If someone has no insurance they are not a legal carrier. You are taking the chance of your item being impounded. Then you will have to pay to get it out of impound plus find someone else to haul your item. They will try to tell you it doesnt matter but check with your local authorities and you will see I am telling you the truth. And if someone has no insurance and something happens then you have no excavator. Good Luck (11/9/2006)
