1998 Honda Civic LX sedan

I am new to u-ship but love to drive cross country I would be willing to drive your car to Ca. for a price that is fair to you and myself in other words if I can drive there and pay for a ticket back to MIchigan, pay for gas, and make a couple hundred in profit. I do have a cell phone so you can keep in touch with me the whole time. I'm trustworthy and really do enjoy driving. Let me know what you think is fair and I'll check if it cover all expenses. Since I'm new to this I'm not sure if the $500 covers expenses for delivery. Please let me know what you think. I used to drive cabs and dispatch for a company called Red Top located in Arlington, Va. If you need a reference I'll be glad to give you the number to the Vice president of Red Top.

Do you still need this vehicle transported? I've recently placed a bid for pick up on Dec. 13 and will need a response as soon as possible in order to make travel arrangements. To be honest with you, I think it's unlikely you'll find someone to move this for your target price of $500... a shipper has to pay for fuel, accommodations, and the uShip fee plus make a profit for several days of work driving your vehicle in dangerous winter conditions. Hi AQ, thanks for getting back to me. I can do this for $775, the only catch would be that I'd need to pick up at the airport in Detroit (I can give you a ride back to wherever you need, though). And I'm fine with your belongings being in the vehicle so long as it's not packed to the roof - for safety reasons it's important that the windows not be blocked. So filling the trunk is fine and a few things in the backseat would work. I will only have a small suitcase and perhaps one box with me. What do you think? If this is acceptable I'll place a bid for $775 with pick up in Detroit Dec. 13th or 14th and delivery within 3-4 days, weather permitting. Thanks! BrandyP78

I am working on a shipment to Michigan now, and if I can book that shipment I'd be able to meet you in Lansing and drop the price to about $740 - I'd just need you to give me about a day to work that out if you don't mind.
