Question: Hello, Thank you for the request. What is your preferred time-frame? Thanks, Matt(Wolverine Transport)
(4/21/2008)

Response: I'm in no hurry. I will start contacting the property owner of where my brother stored his stuff when he passed away.
Thank YOU for responding!
Adela & Mike Davis (4/21/2008)

Response: OK, I will place a formal bid for the trailer, 2 bikes, and the storage tubs. We can pretty much work around whatever schedule you or the storage place would prefer. Thanks, Matt(WolverineTransport) (4/21/2008)

Question: Do you know the shape of the trailer? You wanting it loaded onto another trailer or can it be towed? (4/21/2008)

Response: I will double check on the dimensions. I believe there's new tires on the trailer and so it should be fully towable. We are in no hurry, just trying to get all the loose ends of my brother's passing cleared up. The bikes and belongings are safely stowed away at the moment.
Thanks for responding. Also, I'll find out how many tubs of belongs are included.
Mike and Adela Davis (4/22/2008)

Response: I see you put a max of $500 on your shipment. Thats gonna be kinda hard seeing as your wanting more than a bike shipped. Are the tags current on the trailer? I carry transport tags.I'm sure you want this insured? might want to reconsider your target. How much would it cost you to take off of work, drive to,pickup, and drive back, with food and hotels. Your in the $4.60-$4.90 agallon fuel area. (4/22/2008)

Response: This is my first time doing this; my 'word of mouth' friend told me to start with this bid. Yes, I realize all costs incurred in making a trip like this myself. At the moment the tags on the trailer are up to date, but I'm watching the expiration, so that I can get them when it is time to make the haul. I've got your bid, thank you and I'll get with you later.
Mike and Adela Davis (4/22/2008)

Response: i can work with you on the price. No need in renewing out of state plates when a transporter should have transport or temp tags to get you here to Tx. I carry Tx temp tags. on every job. (4/22/2008)

Response: Ok, however, I still need to get info as to the trailer size and how many tubs.
I'll keep in touch,
Mike and Adela Davis (4/22/2008)

Response: Have you found out anything on size of trailer and # of tubs. (4/26/2008)

Response: Promise we call my brother's friend ASAP. We were just talking about that this morning! Has been hectic around here.
Just out of curiousity, How often to you head out that way?
Again, this project gets first priority this week.
We are both self employed and we work like heck when orders come in.
Thanks for checking in,
Mike and Adela Davis (4/27/2008)

Response: Often. (4/27/2008)

Question: In Ca now, have you heard anything on your shipment? (5/4/2008)

Response: Just heard from him, here are the specifics:
trailer is 5' X 10', with protuding tires and tongue measures 6'2" X 13' 6". All tubs MIGHT fit
on the trailer with bikes...might need to be strapped down if tubs are stacked.
What kind of pricing are we looking at. Oh, yeah,
I'll double check, but I believe the tires are brand new.
Over and out,
Mike and Adela Davis
(5/5/2008)

Response: I'm heading to Zephyr Cove on friday 5/16, will be there 5/19, returning 5/20 to Tx, $1000. (5/12/2008)

Response: Just talked to my brother's friend tonight...turns out the trailer is an enclosed trailer. So, this trailer probably stands just over 6' in height (I believe he said 6'6"). Tires are not new, but looks like they would make the trip here to Texas.
Our friend just needs a couple of days 'heads up'.
So, a recapp: there's 2 Harleys and belongings that
are in tubs, looks like everything will fit in
the trailer. If I remember correctly, I do not need
to worry about current tags for the trailer, correct? I'd like to take you up on your offer.
Over and out,
Mike and Adela Davis
(5/12/2008)

Response: Thats correct. Bid is below.
