Question: Is it an option to move part or do you want one person to move all? I can move all that I can starting tomorrow. How much are you wanting to pay per car? (3/25/2008)

Response: I would like for the entire load to be done, but if no one can handle it I will break it up. All vehicles are light duty cars or pick ups. If you have a Landall or Rollback you can transport at night when there is no traffic. You would still be loaded by forklift at pick up but you would have to be able to unload yourself at the delivery. I am willing to pay more to move the whole load by the end of the month less if it has to broken up to different groups. As far as price it is relitive to how much and how soon you can move them. I am looking for one price for the whole load or no less than half the load. Just throw out your high number and terms, (day, night, half, whole ect.) and we will work from there. Thanks (3/25/2008)

Response: I have a Dually with a 2-3 car wedge trailer and a 1500 truck with a single car trailer. I could move 3 or 4 at a time and depending on how long it takes to load and unload will determine how many I can do in a day. I can start tomorrow am if needed. I can work at night as well. Do any of the vehicles run? Are the wrecked? Can the job be done over the weekend as well? What is the latest at night for p/u and delivery? What are you wanting to pay if I move all the cars? (3/25/2008)

Response: Thanks for your question,
Loading and unloading is fast. If done during 7am to 5pm because there are forklifts loading and unloading at both ends. After hours and as late as you want there will be only forklift service available for loading in Altamonte Springs. You would have to find a way to pull or winch the cars off your deck at delivery. There is no limit to how many you can move in a day. We will supply the loading staff until you are done.
Yes some of the cars are wrecked most are inoperable due to flat tires or dead batteries. They have been in storage for up to a year. This is an entire Police Impound Lot that is going to salvage.
I want to leave the price for moving all up to the bidding process to be fair to all and efficient as possible. I would prefer to use one contractor for all but will split it into two halves if necessary.
Thanks

Response: I can move all of the cars for you by your timeframe for 4500. Let me know. Thanks (3/26/2008)

Response: What is the maximum amount of cars you can carry in one trip?
Are you planning day or night transports? If night can you offload on your own?
(3/26/2008)

Response: I can do 3-4 per trip- I have a wedge 2-3 car hauler and a single car trailer. I plan on doing both day and night transport. I can unload by myself at delivery. (3/26/2008)

Question: hello, shipper me and my family will be in orlando taking our children on vacation and will be there for 5days, our check in is the 29th but if needed we can be there a day early on the 28th.. my husband has a 18ft car hauler trailer, and we wouldn't be able to haul but one at a time, but would be willing to work early a.m. til late p.m. to get them all moved for you, or if you wanna let us move half and someone else move half i understand that to, we just need to make some extra spending cash while on vacation.. we would be willing to move each car for 35.00 each.. if this intrest you, please let us know and we will place a bid.. thanks oddball Kevin & Kristy (3/25/2008)

Response: Hello, Thank you for your reply. I will be upfront that it is about a 25 mile trip one one way. If we don't get reasonible offers and have to break it up I would accept your offer. Make sure you Map it out and see the distance and route it first. It may not be worth it one at a time. (3/25/2008)

Response: Hello, and thanks for your reply.. i know i will definetly be interested in helping with at least 30 (if not more) like i said vacations can be exspensive, and we just need the extra money.. just keep us in mind, what are the hours that these can be picked up and delivered? thanks oddball Kevin & Kristy (3/25/2008)

Response: They can be picked up and delivered 24 hours. There is forklift service at both ends 7am to 5pm. Outside of those hours forklift service is only available at loading point. (3/26/2008)

Response: Hi, Thanks for your reply.. whatever you decide to do, if you need the extra help, i am willing and ready, you make the call and we will help.. will do as many as we can for 35.00 a car.. just let me know..Thanks oddball - Kevin & Kristy (3/26/2008)

Response: Make sure you look at the re-list and place a bid so we can get in contact when you get here. I will give you all you can handle. (3/28/2008)

Response: Hello, we are ready when you are ready.. you tell us the day and we can start helping you.. we check in on the 29th but can get there a day early if needed.. the more the marryer for everyone.. but you said it right with cars piling that is a lot for one person to do in a certian time frame, but if you have 3 or 4 people(or more) then the job gets done alot quicker.. when you are ready for us to start helping just send me an email and we can start.. looking forward to working with you.. Thanks Oddball - Kevin & Kristy (3/26/2008)

Response: Hi I checked out the cars, about half have 3 or more good tires and keys. I will accept your bid and you can move as many as you can handle. I am relisting this ad to accept some of the other bids of additional transporters too. It is too big of a job for one contractor. I would like to clear still by the first. If that happends I will bonus your bid to 40 per car. I am trying to get most of this done this weekend starting tonight and just pushing through night and day. There is too much traffic durring day time on weekdays for anyone to good time. Besides I plan on running you with a Flatbed wrecker. That way if you need a winch to off load faster it is there. I do reccomend that you bring a Jump Box to start the cars and a air compressor to air up tires to make it easier to pull on and off. Look for the same car re-listed and accept the bid. We are ready ASAP. (3/28/2008)

Question: HELLO SHIPPER, I CAN DO ALL 115 AND HAVE IT DONE IN YOUR TIME FRAME FOR 4500.00 PLEASE RESPOND (3/25/2008)

Response: How many can you move per trip? There is forklift service 24 hours at loading point; will you need forklift service at destination? Or can you move them after hours as well?
To be fair I do want you to know that some of the cars are wrecked most are inoperable due to flat tires or dead batteries. They have been in storage for up to a year. This is an entire Police Impound Lot that is going to salvage.
Thanks, (3/26/2008)

Response: Hello I have a 26ft trailer with a 10,000# winch so i can only move one at a time but iam looking to by a 34 or 40 ft trailer to move 2 at a time or if you have a 34-40 ft trailer to trade for doing this job.or i know where there is a couple for sale. i would like to move these after hours as well lets get"er done. some of the cars sound like they will take a littel work geting off trailer after hours but i am willing to do the job and get it done quick. waiting for you reply and thank you (3/26/2008)

Response: Thanks for the reply. I wouldn't tell you how to run your trailer, but a 26' trailer with 10K GVW has been used by contractors in the past with great results. Of course this has lots to do with what’s pulling it and how good your T&T brakes are. These are mostly small cars that have a typical weight of 2000 pounds each. (3/26/2008)

Response: i have a 2004 chevy 3500 dually with a 26ft trailer enclosed with 10K winch and new braKes lets get started with the cars that roll and then go from there if this sounds good to you then please except my bid and lets get-er done and thanKs (3/26/2008)

Question: Can these cars be moved over the weekend? I need to know something soon in order to get the job done by Monday (3/26/2008)

Response: Thank you for your reply. Please place a bid per car planning on as many as you can handle. The number of cars needing moved is growing quite a bit. (3/26/2008)

Response: Both yards for p/u and delivery are 24/7 correct? All this has to be done before the 1st? If not what is the deadline? Let me know (3/26/2008)

Response: Yes both yards are 24/7. The deadline is by April 1st. (3/26/2008)

Response: I can start ASAP and can do for $40 per car and will move as many as I can by the 1st. I will place my bid, but need to know soon in order to get the job done. Thanks (3/26/2008)
