Additional Information: My only income at the moment is Social Security. I thought my move last September to my birthplace in Chicago would be permanent. My father passed away and I was going to help take care of our 88 yr old mother. But the extreme winter weather had a devastating effect on me. After 40 yrs living in California I could not bear it. It was a costly and disrupting decision which I made with the best of intentions.
