Questions for this shipment:
Question:
1800. can pick up when u're ready. thanks, larryp (4/14/2007)
Response:
Mt friends trailer is a featherlite and I think is enclosed. Mine(in Ocala) is enclosed except for the top which has stock sides the top 2 feet. (5/1/2007)
Question:
STAY ON LINE. LET'S TALK THIS OUT? CAPT DALE (5/1/2007)
Question:
JEN, DO YOU HAVE A PIC, OR A MANUFACTURER'S SITE, WHERE I CAN GET A LOOK AT IT? THNX, DALE (5/1/2007)
Response:
I have a pic of it...but, how can I get it to you??? It's about 16ft by 7 wide by 7 tall. They said it's 1800lbs but, it's probably about 2,300lbs. (5/1/2007)
Question:
IF YOU'LL ACCEPT MY BID IMMEDIATELY, SO I CAN CANCEL SOME BOAT BIDS TO CALIFORNIA, I'LL DO IT FOR $500. THEN, I WILL POSSIBLY NEGOTIATE WITH YOU FOR AN EVEN BETTER PRICE! I WANT TO RETIRE (FOR THE 3D TIME) I'M A RETIRED ARMY SPECIAL OPERATIONS PILOT (1994) AND, A RETIRED TRUCKING COMPANY OWNER (1999), AND I'M TRYING TO RETIRE FROM HAULING THESE BOATS ALL OVER (NOW), AND I'M LOOKING TO RETIRE IN ARIZONA (AND BREED GREAT PYRENEES AND ANATOLIAN SHEPHERDS) WHERE THERE IS A BIG DEMAND DUE TO THE COMEBACK OF MT. LIONS AND COYOTES AND OTHER PREDATORS! WILL YOU ACCEPT A BID OF $500, AND I'LL "RUN" WITH THE DEAL. YOU ACCEPT, AND WE WILL GET ONE ANOTHER'S CONTACT INFO, AND DISCUSS LOGISTICS? CAPT (USCG) DALE US ARMY AVIATION, CWO W5, RET'D (5/1/2007)
Response:
Hi... I work at an animal hospital during the day and can only check my email early in the morning or at night. I wasn't ignoring your many emails....I was at work. I am flexible on the date of hauling...so, if you have another customer... please, take it and maybe my trailer could wait. What type of vehicle would you haul it with? Towing it or hauling it on a truck. Your bid page lists a covered truck. :-) Jennifer (5/2/2007)
Question:
JEN, WHEN YOU SAY "SLANT BUMPER HITCH" IT'S CONFUSING. I THINK YOU MEAN "SLANT NOSED" STANDARD BUMPER PULL HITCH, RIGHT? DALE (5/1/2007)
Question:
I'D BE TOWING BEHIND A NEW 2007 F350 DIESEL DUALLY WITH A SPECIAL 16,000 POUND CAPACITY BUMPER STYLE CLASS IV HITCH WITH BRAKES. ISN'T THIS A 2 5/16 HITCH WITH/WITHOUT BRAKES, OR "SURGE" STYLE BRAKES? OR, A 2 INCH, I HAVE ALL THE BALLS. DALE (5/1/2007)
Question:
JEN, IF ONE OF MY OPEN BOAT BIDS IS ACCEPTED, I'D FEEL BOUND BY INTEGRITY, TO HAUL THE BOATS TO CALIFORNIA OR ARIZONA, BECAUSE, I JUST HATE TO BACK OUT OF A DEAL! PLS HURRY, DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO ACCEPT MY BID! DALE (5/1/2007)
Question:
I WAS IN FLAG, SEDONA, RIMROCK AND PHOENIX LAST WEEK, AND OCALA, YESTERDAY! I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE FL FOR AZ NEXT WEEK, IF POSSIBLE! DALE (5/1/2007)
Question:
AND, I HAVE A FRIEND WHO LIVES IN FLAG, WHO BOUGHT A JOHN DEERE 20 HP RIDING MOWER WITH A SMALL UTILITY TRAILER, WANTS TO HELP ME WITH $300 TOWARDS MY FUEL TO PICK IT UP IN FL AND BRING IT TO FLAG. HURRY! DALE (5/1/2007)
Question:
JEN, I WOULD ALMOST BET THE RANCH, THE FEATHERLITE HAS LIVING QUARTERS? YOU NEED TO ACCEPT MY BID ASAP, BECAUSE, IF ONE OF MY "ACTIVE" BOAT BIDS IS ACCEPTED, I WON'T BE ABLE TO DO THIS. I'LL LOWER MY BID ONE MORE TIME TO $400, BUT, WE NEED TO MAKE A DEAL ASAP! DALE (5/1/2007)
Response:
The featherlite has no living quarters. Both trailers ar 2 horse bumper pulls that are no longer than 16ft. Both trailers have a small tack area up front...no living quarters. They are small trailers. (5/1/2007)
Question:
MY BID IS $400, PLUS USHIP FEES. CAPT DALE (5/1/2007)
Question:
ACTUALLY, THAT'S .27 CENTS A MILE, BOTH WAYS. AND, I WILL BE ABLE TO GET MY BUDDY'S J. DEERE RIDING MOWER AND SMALL UTILITY TRAILER TO HIM. PLS ACCEPT MY BID, BEFORE ONE OF MY BOAT BIDS IS ACCEPTED. VNVeteransXpress (5/1/2007)
Question:
JENNIFER, BE SURE AND READ "BID DETAILS" ON MY NEW $300 BID? CHECK MY FEEDBACK. CAPT DALE VNVeteransXpress (5/2/2007)
Question:
JENNIFER, AS I SAID IN MY MANY QUESTIONS, I'M TRYING TO RETIRE FOR THE 4TH TIME, AND I'VE CANCELLED SEVERAL OTHER BIDS TO BRING YOUR TRAILER, THUS MY $400 BID, THE ADDITIONAL $ OVER THAT IS USHIP FEES. I'M GOING TO REBID $300 TO ENTICE YOU TO ACCEPT MY BID IMMEDIATELY. (5/2/2007)
Question:
PLS READ BID DETAILS! (5/2/2007)
Response:
If we do this deal... when is payment made in full? When would you want to pick the trailer up? By the way...."slant" is the way the horses load in the trailer....it has nothing to do with the hitch. I will be home for 1 hour before going to work. Email me back and hopefully we can figure this out before I have to leave. Jennifer (5/2/2007)
Question:
JEN, I'LL WORK A DEAL WITH YOU ON THE PMT. I'D GET THE TRAILER WITHIN 3-4 DAYS, LOAD IT, AND LEAVE BY WED OR THUR OF NEXT WEEK. FOR AN OLD GUY, LIKE ME, IT'S A 5 1/2 - 6 DAYS DRIVE. LET'S DO IT! ACCEPT MY BID, AND I'LL CALL YOU! DALE (5/2/2007)
Question:
OCALA IS 4 HOURS FROM HERE (PORT ST LUCIE). I GOT MY FIRST JOB THERE IN 1957. BEAUTIFUL PLACE, BUT NOT NEAR SO, AS SEDONA. DALE (5/2/2007)
Response:
Hi Dale, I tried to accept your bid but, they want a deposit and I have some cash on me but, not in the account with the debit card. I will try to go to the bank on my lunch break and deposit some cash for the deposit. So...count me in.... I just won't be able to accept the bid unil tonight. Jennifer (5/2/2007)
Question:
JENNIFER, GREAT! IT'S A DONE DEAL. I'LL CANCEL MY BOAT BIDS (WHICH I DIDN'T WANT, ANYWAY!) THANKS, DALE (5/2/2007)
