Response: Is see that you have declined very reasonable/below market prices and you have a max of 1200. We would have to charge $1 mile so you would be looking at $2100.00. We are a Legal and fully insured carrier. Our expenses to Legally haul this vessell across statelines are expensive. We have to consider Insurance, Diesel, Preventive Maintenance, stopping at all weigh stations/port of entries. Also we are only allowed to drive 11 hrs a day by law. I know its not your cheapest bid but you do know that we are Legal and Fully insured. (8/2/2007)

Question: Dear Shipper, I'm from Missouri so you have to "show me", but in one response you stated "shipping is no longer needed" and in the next response you said "the boat will not be ready by then". Response: John, Sorry for the confusion. My brother lives in Southern California and he has been considering towing the boat back with his F350 but I don't think that he is going to be able to get it back in the time frame I want. Response: Hi, First thanks for showing me what's up. Also thanks for the invatation to bid on this shipment. I have one on the hook now to Sacramento, then to Santa Cruz to Newport OR (big boat for OSU) then a 5th wheel to Long Beach which should put me there about on the 7th of August. Aside from liking the idea of a way to Missouri to ride my bike for a day or two I can't do the job for the price you have now from a couple of other shippers. About $1,550 would be my bottom line all inclusve because your boat would look cool on my truck. If I can be of any assistance please just let me know here and we'll get er done! (7/31/2007)
