Response: Look Cecil, You can do it now if you want. I don't know the rules on uship. I got red flagged because I put my phone number in the last email. I guess just send bid and I will accept, pay and at some point we can talk? You can go to work today if you want. The seller was getting bill of sale and title notarized this evening but vehicle is paid for in full.
