Response: ok Dave, this is a small VW Cabrio that runs but has no heat as the heater core is broken and is blocked off. It can be picked up asap. I prefer it not be driven as it is a used car that I just purchased and I would like to look at it and check it over before it's driven, I'm sure you can understand my point.
