Questions for this shipment:
Question:
Hi Trey, how did that last Skyline work out for you? Unfortunately the last trailer that you saw me with was totalled while I was sleeping in a Oregon rest area by a DOT Hero that hadn't had any insurance since 03, hadn't touched his log book(s) since LA and he even tried to drive away with half of the right side of his tractor hood torn off with me taking pictures of him and his rig too. So I cannot help you out, but I did forward both your uShip ads to three other quality uShip driver(s)/carrier(s) that will take great care of you. Also I am scheduled to run down through SLC in a week or so and might shop by the shop to say, Hello... too. (8/8/2007)
Response:
Sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you get back up and running with another trailer soon! The old Skyline is working out great. Still need to address some carb tuning issues, but have been so busy at that shop that it just hasn't been done yet. Thanks for sending the listing to other quality drivers. I'm still contemplating taking my two car trailer up there to pick them up, but it all boils down to having the time to do it. This is the busy time of year for us. You're definitely welcome to stop by the shop when you come through SLC. I'll give you a quick tour and show ya what we do here. (8/8/2007)
Question:
hey, does these two cars still need to be hauled for you. we are coming that way and if they still need to be hauled let me know. thanks jerryd123326 (8/23/2007)
Response:
Yes, they still need to be moved but I might have to do it myself. Are you running an enclosed trailer? (8/23/2007)
Response:
hey, look at our profile we have a three car trailer. than let me know please. thanks jerryd123326 (8/23/2007)
Response:
Thanks, but I'll pass. I want the cars going in an enclosed trailer only. Appreciate it. Trey (8/23/2007)
Response:
hey, thanks anyway hope to do business with you at a later date. thanks jerryd123326 (8/23/2007)
Question:
if we place at the lower part of the trailer and cover with tarp, we should be able to get it to you free of rock chips, we are p;lanning to head to Utah in the next 2-3 days and have two spots left, we're willing to cut you a great deal of $525 all inclusive, if it sounds good, let us know so we can place a formal bid for this amount (8/27/2007)
Response:
I got your other message. How many stops between the pick up of my cars and my drop off will you be making? Will my cars need to be unloaded during those other stops? What's your expected delivery day? (8/27/2007)
Response:
We are located in Portland and do 2 weekly runs to Seattle, so when we pickyour cars up, they are going stright to Uta viaportland without the hassle of unloading them, once they are on the trailer, they are there till they get to Utah, and from there our driver is picking two cars heading to Texas from the SLC area. (8/27/2007)
Response:
OK, please go ahead and submit the bid. Please take special care with the cars. The Skyline isn't a M5, but its one of less than 100 certified legal in the USA so unfortunately it cannot be replaced if something happens to it, you can't import them legally any more. Since its a Japanese-only model, I also can't run down to Nissan to get any parts that get damaged (ie: windshield)... I have to get them out of Japan which isn't cheap. Thanks for your care and understanding. (8/28/2007)
