Additional Information: Car is stored in a wrecker service yard on Rt. 623 in Rockville, VA 1 and 1/2 mile N. of I-64 near Va Hwy 288 right outside Richmond. The tranny will not shift out of low gear, but the vehicle can be loaded on a traler under its's own power. There is a knock in the engine, so the motor should not be revved. I need this done ASAP to avoid/minimize storage charges. Report a Violation
