Question: Shipper, I can haul this truck back as a return load to San Antonio. For a price significantly lower than the low bid. I would be hauling this vehicle on a 4 wheel lift auto carrier. Meaning all four wheels will be off the ground, saving the vehicle from unnecessary mileage and wear and tear. I can probably meet your time frame if you let me know what days of the week and hours your Ram will be available for pick up and drop off and what your pick up and drop off deadlines are. Also, which engine and transmission does it have? Does everything work on it (AC, cruise, radio, spare etc)? Response: yES EVERYTHING WORKS, After you pick it up I feel like it should reach within 18 to 22 hours. The truck should be ready for pickup Fri or Saturday. The truck is a 6cly diesel, Auto averages 18 to 21 mpg not towing anything. Less is you haul something or drive over the speed limit. If there is a break down I will have AAA roadside assistance. Question: Shipper, we are still in the are and are still looking for something to bring us back to Texas. We could pull your vehicle there on a trailer to save it from being driven if you would like. We could pick the vehicle up today, Sunday, September 13, or tomorrow, Monday. And have it back to Texas in all likelihood by Wednesday. We can do this for $650. By the way we are sorry for the confusion with our earlier bids, our business address had not yet been verified through Uship and they proceeded to suspend our account until that was done. After verifying our address, they ran into other problems and needless to say we had too open a new accound and pool all of our information from our other account into the new one. Response: Spoke to the seller, truck does have current tags and we have put liability insurance on it. It averages 19 to 20 miles to the gallon and A/C works and is very roadworthy. They pulled there 5th wheel with it. (9/15/2009)
