Response: The car has been totally checked as we are giving it to our grandson..We had not really considered drive away, but we think we are open to it..However, we will not pay anywhere near 700 for driveaway. Even tho the car has been completely checked and is as ready to go..everything works..no hitch, no personal property, good tires, air, etc.,4 cylinder engine..regular gas, automatic transmission, factory stock, etc. Still, it will be three days of wear and miles for the car, so we are a little leary..After all, great as it is,(it only has 91000 miles), it is almost 20 years old! Also, we will not pay the whole amount up front. Just business, but you would be fully paid in cash upon delivery..If these terms work, let us know..And, do you carry insurance for your shipping business? Do you have any written documentation we might see ahead of time?..thank you..It should not be on the road more than 4 days and we are hoping to ship it during the first week August. thanks (8/2/2009)

I Do All My Shipments With Cash Payment Up Front! (Check My Feedback By Clicking On My Name!) I Can Keep My Prices So Low Because I Get Paid When Scheduling! I Can't Afford To Drive So Reasonably Without Being Sure I Have Planned Committed Loads For My Trips That Won't Cancel At Last Minute And That I Will Be Paid For My Time And Efforts! I Learned This The Hard Way On A Cross County Greyhound Ride At My Own Expense When A Shipper Backed Out On A Deal And Didn't Have The Courtesy To Let Me Know!

Response: I can pick it up Thursday afternoon and deliver it Friday evening. I normally get half up front and the rest cod. However if your not in S.C. I can wait until I deliver the car to get paid. After I drop off the car I'll need a ride to the airport. (8/3/2009)
Response: hello...I am interested for sure...but do you mean you can pick it up this Thursday and deliver it 8 days later on Friday...Surely you don't mean you will try to drive 1250+ miles in one day!please let me hear back from you...And, I am not where the car is but I can arrange to have another person there to receive some kind of receipt from you....If I might ask...what written assurance do you offer the shipper about the condition upon and pick-up and delivery, insurance, etc....Does your company have a written policy?... Response: Yes I will deliver it the next day. I normally drive 16 to 20 hours a day. if I get to tired to drive then it will be Saturday morning. I normally set the cruise for 70 and go. When I stop to sleep I get a hotel room for about 5 hours. I will sign any type of contract you have . I don't typically have any paperwork. If there is damage to the vehicle when I pick it up I will take a picture of it. I have insurance that will cover your vehicle up to 30,000.00. Uship acts as a binding contract when you accept a bid. I will place the bid. After you accept it we can talk on the phone. (8/3/2009)
Response: You are a glutton for punishment!...I would really rather you get some rest along the way...Certainly someone can take you to the Denver airport...I would like to have some proof of your insurance though...This is a 1991 station wagon that I have babied and is going to my grandson in CO..I want it and you to arrived in good condition!...Do you particularly want to pick it up Thursday?...If so, I will have to arrange for a neighbor to be there to give you a key etc....I will be back in Greenville Saturday, but I would like to send it at your convenience whenever...Please formally enter a bid unless you have more questions..thanks.
