Additional Information: This is how the car looks. It runs and drive, but it still under construction. The vehicle mest be on a car trailer covered or not, but all 4 wheels up. The car is at a shop in Tampa. I can send a deposit via paypal and pay the balance at delivary. Payment is not available upfront because the car is at the shop and I am across the state.
