Questions for this shipment:

Question: Can boat be put on my trailer. Thanks-Gary @ JonMarTransport (10/18/2007)
Response: Gary, I dont mind if you use your trailer but I do need the original Scarab trailer so it can be repaired and used for the boat. Not sure how you would want to handle that... Thanks Jeff Johnson (10/18/2007)
Question: Hey if this boat can be towed I will pull it there for $800. Lets hear what you think. GJ&CJ (10/20/2007)
Response: As mentioned in the ad the trailer is not suitable for towing. It is suitable enough to pull up on a flat bed type trailer and then blocked under the weak spots an strapped for towing. It can then be backed off the trailer via ramps/same way as loaded. (10/22/2007)
Response: I do have a 17ft flatbed so I could either load it backwards and flag the hitch or load it forward and let the hitch go over the goose neck. Would one of these options work? GJ&CJ (10/23/2007)
Response: I am not sure a 17' trailer would be long enough for this job, the boat trailer is almost 28' feet so hanging almost 10' feet of boat and trailer seems unwise, I would certainly want the company transporting the boat to decide what is best based on their expertise.. (10/23/2007)
Question: The boat would have to be loaded on my trailer backwards for me to haul it. I would be intrested in doing it but about $850.00 would be what it would take for us to get it there. Are you intrested. Harry (10/23/2007)
Response: Harry, I would be interested in and do not see a problem with it being loaded backwards. I think the marina has a small forklift which may be able to lift the front of the trailer to help ease it back on your trailer.. Thanks (10/23/2007)
Question: did you get everything finalized with the seller (10/23/2007)
Response: Yes, I wire tranferred the funds today. Did you have a moment to put together a quote for the 31' Stinger located in holland, OH (Toledo, OH). I made the deposit on that boat as well. Please let me know so I can advise the seller, they have offered to deliver it for $1900. I will also place the request on here but can work directly with you if you would like. Your price is certainly fair for this delivery. (10/23/2007)
Response: 1900 is fair also but i ould probably do 1800 (10/23/2007)
Response: I think $1900 is fair and probably using the seller is the best route. That way they are responsible for loading it and the condition it arrives in per the auction and I can discusss any problems with him directly should one arise. I did accept your offer for the Scarab and will need to work the date out with you. I am going to be out of town until the 4th of November so it would need to be delivered the weekend of the 10th or afterwards. Thank you and I look forward to doing business with you and receiving the boat.. Jeff Johnson (10/24/2007)
