Response: Most shippers have coverage that covers all items attached to their vehicle as well. I feel whom ever is in possession of the boat is responsible for it. (7/19/2009)

Response: The type of insurance that you are talking about is called commercial cargo insurance and you can only obtain it if you have an active MC# (motorcarrier#) if transporters does not have a MC# then your shipment will not be covered by insurance. (7/19/2009)
