Response: All our truck will be on the west coast (San Diego area) between Christmas and New Year, We could head one that way ASAP, are you ready to accept our bid ? Can't send a truck that way, (cost of operation, you know) with out a commitment. (12/25/2007)
Response: I have had a low bid of 6,450 but they had no feedback. another at 6,875. can you do it at 6,900? (12/26/2007)
Response: OK, can you handle this if we go [content removed - To avoid confusion on the part of the customer, TSP’s may no longer mention “uShip fees”, "uShip commission", or similar language in their Q&A – this will now be a flaggable offense as bids must be all inclusive. -uShip] be around 7170.00. what do you think?? SLSites (12/26/2007)
Question: Shipper,I have a trailer that will load and launch in water now. Also have a 53' transport. The New trailer was built for a 360 Sea Ray and I have modified it to haul many others. It has (4)7000lb axles. The downside is that it is 11'wide and has to be permitted everywhere, even empty, but with a good ramp it can still save you money after paying the empty permits and small fee for water difficulty.Add 500.00 for this trailer. If the other is used;all loading/unloading fees and arrangements will be on you,thanks.tduncan55(ThomasDuncanTrucking) (12/13/2007)
Response: Would prefer the float on trailer, Plenty of ramp for easy loading. Please give a bid, Thanks Patrick. [phone number removed] (12/14/2007)
Response: Hello,I have placed the bid it is under tduncan55...add 500.00 for the water launch and load. This covers permits and deadhead to Sc...Is there any way to get exact measurements top to bottom of highest point?Thanks,tduncan55 (12/14/2007)
Question: By the way I am available as of now and nothing is booked. You can see pictures of the equipment in the service providers directory at uship.tduncan55 (12/13/2007)
Response: Sounds good. Just need to clear funds on purchase and am ready to go. (12/14/2007)
Response: If you take the deal I must put permits on order asap because of upcoming holiday, the state offices will no doubt close early.thanks,tduncan55 (12/14/2007)
Response: AM TRYING TO STAY BETWEEN 6500 AND 7000. THANKS, PATRICK. (12/25/2007)
Response: Please see my previous communication with you,The trailer is having to be permitted to you and to something else.It would save you $$$ on Marina fees.If you change your mind let me know. Thanks tduncan55(ThomasDuncanTrucking) (12/25/2007)
Question: Hello,Tduncan55 here,I am booking into January (three so far) but they all will be easy down south moves .If you find you are interested in the offer be sure and check out my profile here and you might consider the 5% off offer I have.Details in directory. Thanks tduncan55(ThomasDuncanTrucking) (12/23/2007)
Response: Have an offer from Chrisship for 6875 and is within the budget we set. Just trying to understand why he wants 3,450 down in advance above the 500 uship deposit just to book it? (12/26/2007)
Response: Thanks Patrick,If you want to take advantage of saving 5% off of the total bid(see details in provider Directory, left click on tduncan55 in the bid area and it will bring up my profile)that would leave you 7181.00 total price. This isn't required at all,it has been popular with some of the larger moves. If the other thing doesn't work out let me know and give me time to shedule...I have 3 moves booked into January and working on the fourth.tduncan55(ThomasDuncanTrucking) (12/26/2007)
Question: When will the lift be repaired?? (12/26/2007)
Response: they said a week three months ago. cant say. (12/26/2007)
Response: Shall we wait and see if something is going to happen? (12/26/2007)
Question: Is this ready? Is there a deep long ramp available? The trailer is 45 ft long. (12/26/2007)
Response: Just need to clean, When can you go? (12/26/2007)
Response: The earliest we have as of now is the 10th for pick up, Delivery with in 8 days. (12/26/2007)
Response: Do we pay the down payment to uship? if not where does it go? (12/26/2007)
Response: You will give them there amouny after acceptance, then the bid will drop minus there amount, and then we handle the agreed terms between ourselves. (12/26/2007)
Question: Just a word to the wise, Mr. Shipper.. Have you checked the profiles on your bidders ? Some bidders have been known to bid on boats that they are not equipped to transport or do not have the experience with over sized like your boat. Not trying to be smart, just some thing to verify. OK ? (12/26/2007)
Question: Am I in the playing field or out ? Where I live it is time to go to bed. Isn't it fun communicating through uship? (12/26/2007)
Question: Hello Shipper. Some guys on here are brokers, some try negative communication to get a higher price for their services and some just do not have the proper authority to do commercial work. I personnally do not know one other transporter on this site and THEY do not know me! I provide an insurance certificate, faxed to you from the insurance company upon acceptance, MC# and USDOT#. I have just returned from a trip, Ft. Lauderdale to Oregon, Searay 32', 14'6" tall, 11,500 lbs., 11'2" wide. My company is legally authorized to run commercially in Canada, which we do! If you have any apprehensions about accepting my bid, perhaps this might help. Thank you again and Happy Holidays.....Phil (12/27/2007)
Question: Shipper. If we load the morning of Jan. 14th, we can deliver the afternoon of the 18th. Thanks again.......Phil (12/27/2007)
Question: Patrick,I have spoken with my booked loads and the earliest one to p/u is on the 16th.I will knock off the 500.00 from the price if you are ready to accept now and load asap...I must know now though because I may have a load in Ca that will require this trailer also.tduncan55 (12/27/2007)
Question: To clarify; That's 500.00 off is the extra charge I was to get for the special trailer.Take adv of the offer of 5% discount and it will be 7181.00 for the total move.Tduncan55 (12/27/2007)
Question: Attn; Patrick,I just noticed after sending the last message that the 6th and 7th are on the weekend,no problem for me if we have access. The 4th would be perfect if possible.tduncan55(ThomasDuncanTrucking (12/30/2007)
Response: I can have it ready for the 7th for sure, if I can prepare for earlier I could contact you. Should we count on the 7th? (12/30/2007)
Response: Yes, go ahead with accepting the bid so we can communicate directly if you are ready.Sooner would be great but the 7th am will work. (12/30/2007)
