Can you take car from our residence or would it need to be at another place? And for delivery-where would delivery be? at a neutral place or can you deliver to residence? Question: It all depends on the weight of the items. If it's under 150Lbs it's fine but the driver seat must be empty. (8/16/2006)

Response: ok sounds good. It shouldn't weigh over that 150 pounds and the drivers seat of course will be empty. I think what will be in there will be a high chair, maybe a few boxes of clothes and toys etc. Thank you. It sounds liek this will work. I will confirm with you by the end of the week once i know I will have the cash on hand to make this deal happen. I am waiting for an escrow to close and it should happen by Friday. Response: Good morning, Just wanted to give you an update on my situation. My Escrow did fund and close yesterday (Tuesday). I did NOT get paid. My file was turned in last night (after hours) once I received the last of the paperwork I needed. My boss will check my file this morning, turn it in and then I get paid. So...I will have the money. Just a matter of getting paid it looks like today by the end of the day or tomorrow at the very latest. Would you prefer to know I have the cash in hand to pay you or would you be comfortable in knowing that when you come to pick up the car-I will have half the money as promised and you will receive the 2nd half from my daughter upon delivery in Washington?
