In addition, particularly if no one is going to meet me when I pick up car I will need (1) permission to pick up car at specific address where it is and take it to address where it is going and a copy of something that proves ownership faxed to me. No starter is no problem, as long as car is accessable for me to winch aboard. I will also need someone to help me roll it off at destination.
