Response: Truck has a v8 engine from a mustang gt. I have owned this truck since 1991. It has been sitting for quite a few years, so my cousin went thru and freshened things up to get it running again. I cannot say with absolute certainty that it would make the trip ok. Even though the truck has been freshened up, i would be leary on trying to drive it the 500 mile trip, gets terrible fuel mileage to. I am not trying to discourage you from bidding but i dont want to see it break down on the trip, therefore trailoring would be the best.... (5/7/2009)
