Response: I had several unofficial bids out yesterday and since I was away from my computer yesterday, due to Easter, I couldn't take a chance on all bids being accepted at once. Also since you turned down my $900 bid with definite dates, I thought I needed to field other possibilties. That is why I did not make official bid. Since yesterday, my return load was lost to another bidder. I am working on another return as I write. I do understand what you are saying. I thought you needed to know my position. Response: OK I can confirm a pick-up of no later than Sat morning, but it could be before that. Is that a firm enough date? You already have a bid from us. I have NEVER put anyone on hold, or accepted a bid just to get the job, then have the customer wait. We pride ourselves on our cargo and good name. You will not have games to play with us. Look at my profile, if it's not right,ready to go I DON'T FOOL WITH IT. I expect the people I haul for to have the same attitude. You are the boss here, and shouldn't have it any other way than the way YOU want it. I think we can make each other happy by doing business together, however I won't ask you again to accept our bid. Theres alot of cars to haul out there, and although I have worked on this with you for a few days, and really want to transport your camaro. Response: Just for the record. I tried to accept your bid since it came in Saturday, including research to find you. My acceptance was delayed by not having an official bid to accept, or a way to contact you. If you look into this you will find my correspondence to you trying to accept your original bid of $800. I was going to offer you a discount of 100 dollars if you could bare with me, but I guess thats out of the equasion now.
