Response: I can provide the insurance. The license plate will take a little work but can be done. I'll have to check with the DMV to find out if i need a copy of the title and a letter from you saying I can sign for the tag but other than that, its easy to do. Also if you think it should needs repairs I'll send my driver who is CDL class B endorsed. He was a mechanic for a school board and has certification for diesel mechanics. (11/11/2008)
