Question: hi does this run or will there be loading help? (8/1/2008)

Response: Hi,
this is an auction vehicle, and the item is located at a Miliatry base - Picatinny Arsenal, in Picatinny New Jersey. I assume it does NOT run. The Ad states "Buyer Loads", which I assume means NO help to load it. This is why I described the listing as saying I assume a tilting flat-bed with a winch, or a trailer with a winch.
Thanks,
LT

Question: Hi shipper is this truck able to pick up on the weekend or late on Friday 4-6pm. I have a landoll trailer that tilts with a winch winch your truck on get to you and roll it off. (8/2/2008)

Response: This vehicle is located at a government military base, so can only be picked up on weekdays, I am not sure of the daily hours they are open, and requires pre-arranged appointment notice. This vehicle was purchased via an auction win govliquidation dot com, and the site is picatinny arsenal. (8/2/2008)

Response: Thanks for responding I'm only about 5 miles for picatinny arsenal. On Monday find out the hours that you can pick up and how much notice they need I usually get done at 330 that's why I put pick up from 4 to 6 pm If that works I could pick it up Friday and have it to you 1st thing Saturday morning. (8/2/2008)

Response: Hi, thanks....the only detail is that I have to wait for the EUC ( End User Certificate) to be approved, before I can pay the invoice and have it picked up. This MAY take a week or 2, or even longer - depends how fast the Government moves on it... (8/2/2008)

Response: When ever you want it shipped I'll keep an eye on Uship. I'm 5 minutes from the Arsenal and they may have a place off base where they keep the auction vehicles (8/2/2008)

Response: OK, Thanks...I am just waiting for the EUC End User Clearance certificate to be granted.....probably take a few days or longer, depends on how fast the gov't moves.....I probably should have waited to post this for bids until then....my apologies to everyone for posting it topo soon.... (8/6/2008)

Response: When you notify us it's ready to ship I will put in a bid. (8/10/2008)

Response: Well I just read all the rules to pickup your truck on Gov. Site No. 1 when you have a single truck operation your not required by law to carrier workmens comp. Although I do carry medical insurance for me and my family. No 2 I don't thing anybody showing up on site will have paperwork showing they've been trained operating a winch. I'd love to bid on your truck since I'm less than 10 minutes away from pickup BUt unless they can take proof of medical ins. I don't I can help you. (8/19/2008)

Response: Thanks for your efforts in investigating the rules. (8/19/2008)

Question: do you still need it move click on name to see my info (8/6/2008)

Response: Yes, I will need it moved, but can't do anything until the Gov't grants the EUC End User Certificate.....may take a few days to a week or more from now....my apology... (8/6/2008)

Response: OK (keep me in mind) (8/7/2008)

Response: OK, will do. I am just waiting for the final EUC End User Certificate approval. It has been reviewed, and was sent on to DRMS Battle Creek for the government approval. Once this is done, I can then move forward on the shipment (8/10/2008)

Response: OK (accept bid you will get my info) you can call me let me know date for p/u (8/10/2008)

Response: OK...I extended the expiration date of the auction shipm, ent, as the EUC is still not approved by the Gov't - I expect approval early this week. (8/18/2008)

Response: OK (accept bid you will get my info) you can call me let me know date for p/u (8/18/2008)

Response: OK, Thanks....I am just waiting for the Government to approve the EUC End User Certificate..then things can move forward...(sigh).. (8/19/2008)
