Response: Yes, that is the rate for door to door pickup and delivery. That is the "all inclusive" bid amount, and that is how Uship wants us to state it. Once you accept the bid, you will pay the site a small deposit, and then the balance will be COD, you dont pay me until I deliver. Hope this helps. John (4/16/2008)
