Response: No, should be carried in enclosed trailer, with tie downs. (5/15/2008)
Response: yes .. common carriers use enclosed trailers however, they principally handle "palletized freight" (same manner which bike typically is shipped by OEM to their dealers) ... anyway, will have to pass for common carrier type service as this item would not be accepted as a "roller" ...
