Response: Randy, I am interested in a safe and legal transport for this vintage car but not looking to pay that much. I have had an offer of $304 on an open trailer so far.Anything over $350 and will go get it myself. Thanks, Mark (10/19/2008)
Response: Hi Mark, Thanks for the response. I understand you want to save money. This trip involves some tolls, fees, and empty miles on my part, which don't increase your cost but do lower my income. If I can fill in the empty miles with another job, I might be able to lower the bid. Time will tell - I will keep an eye on it.
