The seller is leaving for vacation next Thursday. Are you saying you would be picking up AND delivering on Friday. Otherwise I just have to wait until he gets back from vacation on the 18th. Which is okay. I just will have to exercise being patient :o)

Then could you possibly pick it up on Wednesday since he and his family are actually leaving for their vacation on Thursday and might be too busy to deal with that? I just sent him an email to see if he can possibly have time to deal with it on Wednesday. I'm not sure what his answer will be.
If I know today, I can get it in mon, tues, or wed of this week.
Do you have proof of insurance that would cover my motorcycle riding in the trailer? Would it ride in the trailer I saw a picture of. If so would you make absolutely sure that the bike is far enough forward so that when you close the ramp (gate) up that my back fender won't get near it?? I'm am so afraid of something happening to it. I've never done this before and need to feel that someone understands how I feel and how important this bike is to me. I've been looking for about a year every day on craigslist and ebay for the perfect one and now I've found it. It has a new and perfect paint job I I am so afraid of It getting damaged. I understand your feelings. Perhaps you would be better off finding some one with an enclosed trailer to better suit your concerns. although for that type of service your fees will be much higher. Have a nice day and good luck.

Hi Cathy,
We are based in NJ and we're the midst of planning our run to PA, OH, IN, Illinois, Buffalo, NY,NY, and back to NJ. We always pick up and deliver in our bid time frame, it's difficult to give an exact date for arrival at this time, but I would be more than happy to give you any type of notice you may need prior to pick up. Well if I don't get it picked up by Tue or Wed I'll have to wait for the seller to get back from vacation on the 18th which I'd rather not have to do if I can help it. So .....we'll see what happens. If I can't get it before Thursday then I'll still keep you in mind

Yes,please keep us in mind, we would like to help with the transporting of your bike. Just to help you out, the seller doesn't have to be home, he could have a neighbor or relative meet us, we do a complete inspection and damage report, with pictures before the bike is secure in our trailer, and like I said before we would give you and pick up plenty of notice prior to our arrival. Sorry Cathy, It's way to difficult to determine the future... we never know what could transpire between our stops during a run. We are willing to give you a couple days notice or a few more, but at this point I can only give our bid windows. Hey that's better then UPS :)

My brother had his shipped for 450 from 3 times the distance as mine is and gas was twice the price as it is now. Also I cannot afford more than 250 or 275 tops. Can you PLEEEEEEZE do it for 275. Thank you

My problem is that the seller is on vacation and will be back on the 18th. He can't be reached until he gets back. I am afraid if I only have one day to tell him the shipper will be there that he might say, "Oh that day won't work for me and tomorrow would be better" or something like that. Is it possible for me to reserve the 19th, 20th and 21st for example so that if he says something like that I will still be able to get it?? Or does this make it to complicated? I just didn't want to have to wait until he got back to ask him what day is good for him because then I'll probably have to wait another week before I can get a shipper there. We already had one glitch when the shipper I had booked said he could pick it up on the 8th and the seller waited for him only to have the shipper cancel because of his prior pick up getting delayed. So I want this to go as smoothly as possible because I'm afraid the seller might say, "You know what? Let's just forget the whole thing"

I will except your bid if we have that 3 day window of flexability or if we can't do that perhaps we could set it for Sunday the 19th and then if by some small chance the seller says that won't work for him and you aren't available on the next day or 2 then if I could get my deposit back and I'd say the timing didn't work out on the feedback (if you'd agree) then maybe we can still work this out. I already paid him for the bike on the 6th and am anxious to get it. Thanks a lot.

Just wanted to say I'm sorry this thing is kind of complicated and I really hope we can work it out. I don't know if seller is checking his email while on vacation but if you say you can do it Sunday, or whenever, I will email that info to him. If you'd rather we could just wait until he gets back to find out what day will work for him. I could still accept your bid but I'd need to know in what time frame you could pick it up after I talk to him on the 18th. If you can get my bike and deliver it with no damage I'll be SOOOO happy. Waiting anxiously to hear from you.

My brother has the exact same bike and had it shipped from accross country. 3 times the distance and when gas was twice the price. That's why I'm really thinking I should be able to get it hear for 250. Can you do it for that price and can you do it shortly after the 18th?
My bid is already lower than I would typically charge for the distance. This will add over 400 miles and probably close to 8 hours to my trip (with load and unload time). Some shippers do things for less when the items share space. If I had something else in the truck also paying me I could do it for less, but you want your bike to have dedicated space with nothing else close to it. That eliminates my potential to increase revenue. As for getting it close to the 18th, it will depend on the load I get going north and if I can get back to TN by the 21st. Could possibly have to wait until the 23rd to leave here going north.
