Questions for this shipment:

Question: Is this bike ready now? Can this be haulled in the bed of a 2005 1 ton dually? Please review my 100% positive feedback? I have soft straps and ratchet straps, new wide ramp. (12/4/2007)
Response: It's ready now. It can be hauled in a pickup with soft straps. If you have any other questions, let me know. Thank you (12/5/2007)
Response: I can do for 300. Let me know asap!!! I will pick up tommorow and deliver the next day!!! (12/5/2007)
Response: I just checked my messages this evening. If you are still interested, give me a call. I'm considering your offer of $300.00, but I would like to talk to you before comitting. [phone number removed] Thanks for your time. (12/6/2007)
Response: That sounds great but according to uship rules I will not be able to contact you antil you accept my bid. Is their and question I can answer for you? THANKS!! (12/7/2007)
Response: The internet is a great tool, but I usually like to at least talk with someone in person prior to closing a business deal; I didn't realize uship's policy on sending phone numbers, sorry. Just to give you some feedback on myself: I'm in the Marine Corps and I just moved my family from IL to NC. My bike was at the shop while I was doing some training with the Marines, there was a scheduling conflict when I went back to IL to move where the shop owner was out of town and I couldn't pick up my bike; hence the reason for needing to ship it out here. It is frustrating to need to have it shipped because I was just in IL three weeks ago with a 26' truck and a trailer moving my family, but I couldn't get my bike. If you could ship the bike for $225.00 I can do it right now. Let me know what you think. Thank you for your time, Nate (12/7/2007)
Response: I have already left to NC sorry man. Thanks for serving for me and my country!!!!!! When do you need the bike? I go that direction quite often. If you want to be very flexibe on this I can do for $200. If I get a good load going that direction I will do for less if you can show me a id when I get their!! (12/7/2007)
Response: I'd like to work with you if you think you can get within my price-range. No problem about showing you an id when you get here. Let me know when you have an idea about dates. Thanks! Nate (12/7/2007)
Response: I will. (12/7/2007)
Response: I was about to delete the listing, but I started to think about it after I sent you the last message; are you going to be able to get ahold of me if I delete the listing? (12/9/2007)
Response: The listing has to be here to discuss a date. THANKS!! (12/9/2007)
Response: That is what I thought. I'll leave it active then. Thanx for the response. (12/10/2007)
Question: Hello, I have another bike picking up in Chicago and going to Fayetville NC Tuesday or Wednesday. I can transport yours also. Let me know asap. Thanks SamB37917 (12/6/2007)
Question: Hello, does this bike still need shipping. I have a bid in that expires at 6pm tomorrow. Thanks samb37917 (12/7/2007)
Response: I'm considering an offer from another shipper. I'm trying to get closer to $200.00. If the deal with him doesn't work out, I'll let you know. Thank you for your time. Nate (12/7/2007)
Response: Hello, Thanks for your quick response From one old Marine to a young Marine i will do it for $275. Need to know asap. Thanks SamB37917 (12/7/2007)
Response: Thank you for making a very respectable offer. I decided to go with the shipper who responded first. Thanks for your time. Semper Fi (12/7/2007)
Response: Thanks SamB37917 (12/8/2007)
Question: I Can pick this up SUNDAY or MONDAY, and deliver it in 2days. I have a 50ft enclosed custom motorcycle trailer. see my feedbacks ThaNKS Taylorwelty (12/7/2007)
Question: BTW: I am the person who will picking up the bike, and the person you will be dealing dirctly with NOT SOME BROKER, thanks Taylorwelty (12/7/2007)
Question: Thanks for declining my bid. (12/7/2007)
Question: (12/7/2007)
Question: If this bike has already been shipped, you need to delete this listing so as not to confuse these honest service providers by listing phone # so you can get it shipped . Beware, honesty is always the best policy. Thanks SamB37917 (12/8/2007)
Response: I cant delete the listing till I ship the bike. As soon as it ships I'll delete it. Thanx (12/12/2007)
Response: WHY NOT? You are not shipping it through UShip. You need to use this site for what it is intended for. Not to list your phone number so you can make a personal deal outside UShip, then use this site to send personal messages to the person that called you and made a deal to deliver your bike. Both you and the service provider that is doing this with you outside of UShip guidelines should be barred from using this site. SamB37917 (12/12/2007)
Response: I tried to send my info to the first guy who bid on my bike for the reason I listed on the ad. Funny how you read the first entry and then skip the rest of them. I have used uship a whole one time and got warned for trying to send my info. Uship deleted the unauthorized info from my response to the shipper, so no one has called me. AND the only reason I still have this ad open is because he is working with me to get the fee as low as possible since I'm being real flexible about the date and drop off location. I'm going to complete the deal through uship when the time comes so I don't know what you are talking about about trying to get me and the shipper barred from the site. Looks like you need to mind your P's and Q's because you don't even know the whole story and you are trying to pass judgement on me unjustly. (12/12/2007)
Response: Let me respond to your last response if i may. I have read every message and every response listed on this page. I also see bids that have been rejected and bids that have expired. So if you did not accept anyone's bid, then how are you working with the guy(whoever this is) on getting your bike shipped, and how did he contact you if not by your phone number. CASE CLOSED, Thank You (12/12/2007)
Question: Can youu meet me in SC!!! (12/10/2007)
Response: I was looking at the listing yesterday, and I was doing some investigating. When I listed the item, I did a search for Peoria on the uship site and the zip code I came up with is the one I used on the listing. When I originally listed it, I thought they put Chicago because it was the closest large city to Peoria. Turns out that the zip code they have listed is actually a Chicago zip. Don't know why? I'm going to update the listing today. So this bike is actually shipping from a shop in Peoria, IL. Is that going to affect the cost/ feasibility of shipment? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks. (12/13/2007)
Response: Sorry but we are already returning from our trip to South Carolina, as of right now we are not heading in that direction but things could change, will check back on your listings if we can help. Thank you for your response! (12/13/2007)
Response: ok thanx (12/13/2007)
Question: IS THIS DEAD?? (12/12/2007)
Response: no (12/12/2007)
Response: LOOK, I put in a very fair bid of $325, on Dec7, I was in NC on Dec 10. Ya could have had the bike by now? NOW i can do it for $450. let me know Taylorwelty (12/12/2007)
Response: You act like you are the only guy on the planet shipping motorcycles. I respectfully declined your offer to ship the motorcycle. I have a budget and so do you. I can get the bike out here myself for $215.00, but having someone else take care of it will save me some time. So I threw out an offer where if someone is coming this way and they have a spot on their trailer/ truck they can make an easy $200.00 and I can get my bike. You already know my budget so I don't know why you keep responding with bids I'm not going to accept. Besides all of the above, I already have someone who is going to ship it within my budget range. This is their means to get ahold of me since it is aginst uship rules to share phone numbers or e-mails. I haven't been rude to you, I don't know who you think you are trying to be rude to me. Even if I had no one else to ship it, I wouldn't let you ship my motorcycle. Why would I give someone my business who is being rude? (12/12/2007)
