Question: Anyway to have it loaded on a lowboy! You know would be the best way to move something like this! I live near the delivery location, and I am heading how over the weekend! (8/5/2009)

Response: No. Maybe hire someone local, but Expensive! Bought boat for my own use from Uncle. Located at his parents business/ranch. Do you have a winch on your low boy? I got a 98' 12K rated radio remote winch at shop in FL. Not too much help for delivery end, but I was going to put it on another trailer for just such jobs. (8/5/2009)

Response: I have been charged as little as $50.00 to have a forklike put a boat that size on my trailer. That far less expensive then a mechanical failure! (8/5/2009)

Response: yes, and us as well. tow to boat yard, or lumber yard following tow truck, then get it loaded. Sometimes we leave our trailer at yard, then go get boat on trailer, tow it to yard, load, hook back up, and we are off. Figure out what you can do, and shoot me a bid. Thanks! (8/5/2009)

Response: Let me know if you can arrainge loading and unloading, if that is possible, I will bid! (8/6/2009)

Response: I can help unload, no one at pick up will help load. Family fued over boat deal. They are cordial, and will meet you, plus let you in gate, but do not expect to be invited for dinner. (8/6/2009)

Question: What is your timeframe & budget for this please? We are a legal, licensed and insured carrier putting together a load from S. Calif to Florida in the next few days and would like to help you get your boat to its new home. If you are interested in having us transport for you after reading our 100% positive feedback and verifying our legality with FMCSA please let us know asap. Thank you for your consideration. (8/5/2009)

Response: Yes, thank you for caring, and for the offer. Of course as low as possible. Please submit best price. It is ready now, so would fit on this trip. This is my purchase for personel use. Hope to leave stress on water maybe one or two uses each time home leaving cell phone, and lap top on dock. (8/5/2009)

Response: Can relate to you 100%! Sometimes we would like to leave cell phone & laptop IN water, not on dock :) As a fellow transporter you know the costs of doing business are not small. We can't beat your current low bid but would be able to go as low as $2200. If interested let us know and we will get you scheduled on this trip. If not interested, we understand many times low bid gets the job, please let us know so we can look elsewhere. Either way we wish you a wonderfully relaxing time on the water. God bless & thanks for your consideration. (8/5/2009)

Response: Yes, I understand. I will wait one week for the bids to come in, then make a decision. Thank you for your agreements, and time. Only reason not leave in water is the cost of replacing laptop, and phone. At times feel like throwing overboard, so that is why safer to leave shore bound from the get go. Be safe, and God Bless (8/5/2009)

Response: What price would you accept for a "ship it now" picking up on Monday? We pretty much have loads lined up except for a towed load and we could go somewhat lower than your current low bid if we could pick up soon. Please get back to us soonest as we are still setting up this load and must reserve towing spot for you if we can agree on a price. And we probably wouldn't have time for dinner anyway. :) :) Thank you for your consideration and humor. It's refreshing to be able to laugh at life once in a while. Steve & Maria (8/6/2009)

Response: This is my debate. I have a larger boat to tow from Seattle to Miami, and one waiting for me at my shop going back to Seattle. Then I could book jobs done I5, and get it myself. For $1200 I could accept a bid for towing it if it meant getting there abouts the same time I was on this trip. Let me know how that fits for you, and we can go from there. Hope all is well. Have the very best day that you can! (8/6/2009)

Response: When do you estimate that you would be able to take delivery in Florida? Most of the other shipments on this load are flexible timewise. We would be able to pick up in S. Calif sometime between Tues & Thurs and would then be driving straight through to FL for a projected delivery on the 19th or 20th. If this would work for you we can do this for $1250. Can't go any lower because of the expenses involved. Looking forward to helping a fellow transporter get some stress-free down time. Thanks again. Steve & Maria, Steven Harrold Transport (8/6/2009)

Response: So pick up between 11th, and 13th, then delivery 19th or 20th of August? Bid $1250. I will be at delivery end. To help unload. We have delivered to Hawaii by air to big island, and air/sea to smaller islands. Truck can't swim, but old 42 hatteras could. Thanks! (8/6/2009)

Response: Our bid is below for your acceptance. Thank you, Steven & Maria Harrold, Steven Harrold Transport (8/6/2009)
